The hush puppies were wonderful! The fries needed seasoning and the catfish was served hot but was a thin fillet. Because of the thinness, there was a lot of breading to very little fish. The flavor was good though. My wife went with the staple and got the wings. We got two of the sauces. We tried the mild Buffalo and the Cajun Chili. The Buffalo has a slight bit of a kick. The Cajun was good but very messy. We liked it but would try another option next time. The wings were small with not much meat. The size is smaller than those you would get at BW3. We had left over wings and they heated up nicely in the air fryer ... the Cajun wings were not as messy the second time around. The staff was very friendly. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered suggestions. They greeted everyone that came in and wished them a good day as they left. On our way home we noticed an R&R on the Northside, off Michigan RD. We will give them a try again at that location.

Tried the habanero, mango habanero and the founders sauce! Loved the mango habanero but the founders was more of a sweet baby rays flavor but it was still good! Loved the fries with the spicy ranch and garlic Parmesan!!! Super delicious!!!! They have a full bar too!!!! The music playing was an awesome 90's mix and all the food was piping hot!!!! Definitely will be back! Only suggestion is maybe add a few pictures on the windows to know your there!!!!

TV monitors play were playing basketball, of course. Rayann, our server, was fun and energetic. She gave us the low down on the menu. Water came out quickly. I had the Shrimp Po Boy with fries, at Rayann's recommendation. The shrimp are huge and juicy with a light breading. The fries are perfectly crispy with a light breading. My husband had the daily special, Philly Cheesesteak with onion rings. He raved about that sandwich the rest of the day. He lived the beef and mushrooms! The onion rings are a winner, too! My only gripe was that the floors were sticky. I hate sticky floors and there's no excuse, since we were the first customers of the day. Otherwise, we had a great meal and service was perfect! We'll be back. Parking is limited in their lot but there is adjacent street parking. There are a few tables outside, too, where you can have your dog. A ramp inside makes the place totally accessible. They offer a table full of games if you want to sit and play.

I decided to head South a…read morebit and journey my way through Beech Grove to see what I could find open on this holiday weekend. I'd long been curious about 5th Ave Grill and Bar, but for some reason I'd never stopped in. Today, I did. 5th Ave Grill and Bar is located right on the Main Street strip in Beech Grove. It's, you guessed it, a grill and bar. It's also, you guessed it, on 5th and Main Street. Beech Grove is pretty hit-and-miss when it comes to accessible businesses on Main Street. Fortunately, 5th Ave is pretty solid with a slightly slanted entryway and even a few tables for outdoor dining. Most nights of the week, they host either events or live music. On this day, they had a solid but not necessarily large crowd. As it's race day here in Indy, the Indy 500 was on most (but not all) channels. I was served fairly quickly. It always feels weird to order an iced tea in a bar, but I'm always grateful when they have it. I took some time to browse the menu. It's mostly your standard bar fare with several burgers, pizza, some handhelds, and a few other items. It's worth noting that handhelds don't come with a side - that's extra (chips or fries for $3 with the ability to upgrade the fries to a specialty for another $3). I opted for the breaded tenderloin sandwich. I added fries to it - I was pleased to see that they were steak fries. The tenderloin is definitely hand-breaded. It's a healthy size. It's what I'd call a good but not quite great sandwich. I didn't quite finish it, though that's partly because my always desired iced tea refill took a bit to actually get. The atmosphere? It's a bar. It's loud, though not unbearably so. People were being social (as is true for most bars). Accessibility was solid. I moved a chair away from a table, and it looked like most aisles were passable. I did not check out restrooms. Overall, I'd call this a very solid 4-star experience all the way. The service was solid. The food was good. The atmosphere was friendly. I enjoyed my time here and would easily return.

The space is big and fun, with a large dining room, an old-school video arcade game, interesting art, and a big screen playing movies, which adds to the laid-back, quirky vibe. It's counter service with clear menu boards on the wall, making ordering easy. I had the cheesy jalapeño grits with bacon and an egg and... my goodness. So incredibly delicious. One friend ordered the same grits but swapped in fried catfish instead of bacon--also a fantastic choice. Our third went with a classic plate with eggs and bacon, and let me tell you, the bacon is thick and plentiful. We ordered a side of fries for the table and there were more than enough to share. Self-serve coffee with all the fixings is a nice touch, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Fun atmosphere, great food, solid portions--definitely will be back.

The food just needed a little fine-tuning to really shine. The catfish seemed to have a beer-battered coating that felt a little soft and held onto some extra moisture instead of having that classic light crunch. I would love a bit more flavor baked right into the waffle and biscuit dough--though the gravy flavor was definitely a win! Also, the grits lean heavy into jalapeno notes rather than a creamy, cheesy base. It's such a cute venue with great energy, and a few little kitchen adjustments could make it amazing!

First time in the actual restaurant - I'll be honest- I was surprised when I walked in and saw how nice, clean, and updated it looked...the outside looks deceiving. Nike was our server. He was one of the best servers I've had at any restaurant. Super friendly, quick, and was easily taking on a lot of tables at once. I also love when waiters are honest with us too- he dropped the ball on putting in one of the appetizers. Instead of blaming it on the kitchen, or some other lame excuse, he just straight up admitted he forgot to put them in, and had them out super quickly. I don't know if everyone will say they like it when a waiter does that, but I appreciate the honesty. Wednesday nights they run a special for $1 wings, so had to try those out. Super crispy. Could have had a little more sauce on them. Fried pickles were crunchy and just as delicious as the first time I had them. The pizza was solid as before (same one we had before so no new comments). Overall, super pleased with how everything looked on the inside, with the outstanding server, and the great tasting food. I think this is going to quickly become one of our go to places to grab food from.

My order wasn't ready on time, but I was asked if I wanted a drink while I waited which I appreciated and they had the basketball game on the TVs in the restaurant so it wasn't a big deal. The bartender was very sweet and personable. Now the food, it was DELICIOUS. I am so glad we decided to try Bronco's. The pizza was stuffed with toppings and a great size. I really only needed like a piece to be basically fully. The breadsticks were good, not the best I've ever had, but the homemade ranch I had with them was amazing! The fried pickles seemed to be hand cut, and were great! Overall, I was super impressed and will be telling my friends about this place/bring them in with me to try it!
