My Pepsi was so cold it had little ice shards in it, and this delights me to a silly degree and makes me very happy. I know that's dorky, but it's the little things. Other than that, this location is always very clean as a rule, the staff professional, and I have never had an issue with an order. Food has always been on time and perfectly as-ordered, regardless of dine in or take out. I really like their drive up window, which makes things convenient. read more

We ordered for the kids personal cheese pizza and it was burnt. The kids are picky enough, this just put them over the top.

Ordered food for delivery was told 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half the food was cold and disgusting. Went to the store and waited for another 45 minutes and got no where. Can't get anyone on the phone. If you can't keep up with orders you should stop accepting them. read more

Amazing what location does for pizza! Marysville Donatos did us right! Large pepperoni and mushrooms was perfect! No skimping on ingredients and was cooked perfectly! Sadly we have not had this experience from the Donatos in Delaware where they were rather skimpy on ingredients and pizza was cold and not done despite eating it there! Donatos has always done a pretty good job of delivering nice, hot, chain pizza. Their pizza is usually a cut above most other pizza chain places but their prices reflect it. I actually find that I tend to prefer their sandwiches more than their pizza. Their pizza is good but really only good if you add a bunch of toppings to it I think. They will give you plenty of cheese if you ask for it (and you will pay for it so they should). They also offer a couple of excellent mexican style pizza that are spicy but not too much so. Your best bet for Donatos is to search the net for coupons when you order from them as I find that I usually can find $3 to $5 off using that method. For a chain pizza shop I would recommend them. They are something I tend to miss a lot more when I work out of state than I actually eat when I am here but they are a really nice option and a cut above most chain pizza restaurants. read more

It's a pretty typical Donato's, in terms of the location and the food. Sweetie's favorite, though I prefer to go local (well, more local and more independent...) We've gotten food for work from here quite a bit. It always shows up hot and on time, which is important. The pizzas are, well, Donato's- great crust, good sauce, good toppings. I've also had the subs and wings; both are solid versions. Once they messed up our order and forgot my wings. They said to stop by after work and they'd get them to me; they gave me about three times as many as I ordered. So, woohoo! I tend to forget it's here until we order a bunch for work, but am always happy when we do that. read more

We had an email come thru our phone today with a plain cheese pizza with 2019 coupon code. My husband watched me place an order came they once with the right order and I pushed submit it went back to that med pizza with cheese. They would not help me with ordering the right pizza and sub and I travel another 14 miles to get the right order. I contact national headquarters. You can never get the right order from Marysville. Ok, I've always liked Donatos Pizza because I've ALWAYS hated the raised edge of crust on pizza, generally. They've eliminated that. Brilliant! Also their toppings are solid. Taste good, I do admit to preferring the canned "green" mushrooms to fresh, though... but just so they were once canned, or have some moisture.... Their new(?) garlic bread loaf thing ... "Garlic Brick Street Bread" omg, that is to DIE for, I've had twice this week, both times we've been to Marysville. The Stromboli is also really good. All in all I love this place ... kudos! worse service i have ever had. young man who answered phone was very rude, he tried to rush me through the order . I explained to this man that no lettuce can be put on sub or any ware near it, that I was highly allergic to it. he had to be told three times no lettuce do to him not paying lessoning. the last time he very rudely said I got that you have told me . he than went on to try to rush the order. being very rude. when I ask to speak to a manager he said fine if one will talk with you. he then hung up on me when I called back I was able to talk to a very rude shift manager who did not listen to my problem but made excuses and canceled my order. this store is a franchise store that has now lost my business and my family's business, there is enough Pizza places in and around Marysville. Only gave a 1 because that was the only way to be able to leave a response, this is my second very poor experience with this restaurant. Both times my order was incorrect, when I called the first time I was supposed to get a credit for a future order, when I called today and tried to use that credit, they had no record of it. Their pizza here is good, a nice crust, (I got the thicker crust) it has a bit more sauce than most pizzas, which I actually really liked. This is my first visit to this location, my other experience is with one I'm Dublin. The wings are okay, not really good, but not awful.
