Stopped in after running a few errands, and left questioning every other pizza I've ever eaten. Four Points looks like your typical small pizza joint with a bar--but don't be fooled. The pies here come fully loaded, like they were built by an overachieving Italian grandma who refuses to accept "light toppings" as a concept. I grabbed a Supreme and a Carnivore, because balance is important--veggies for the soul, meats for the heart (and cholesterol). Both were cooked perfectly: crisp crust, cheesy layers of happiness, and toppings stacked so high they needed their own building permit. Had a couple of local microbrews while I waited--because what's pizza without beer? The bartender was friendly and clearly knew their stuff. Bonus points for serving up brews that didn't taste like they were filtered through regret. Took the pies home and--no surprise--they were a hit. Not my first time here, but tonight was not a good night. I will say, the actual food was good and did not have any problem with it. Our problem was speed. There were 4 of us. Our food was ordered at 5:45 PM. We had a sandwich, 2 calzones, 6 honey BBQ wings and cheese garlic bread. Wings and bread requested as a meal, not app. 35 minutes later the sandwich is delivered along with the bread. Nothing else. We asked twice about our food and were told sorry and that the kitchen is backed up. Another 20 minutes and watching others get served at the bar that appeared to be friends with the bartender and order well after us, the calzones come. The wings came right after but were wrong. Not to mention the first beer was brought out and rudely slammed on the table and it was wrong. The bartender seemed to have an attitude when told this and asked for a glass. Never an apology for anyone in authority. No offers to make it right after telling the order taker twice. Sorry to say this sold your fate, doubt we will be back. The whole experience took well over an hour. Too long. Willing to allow anyone to have a bad night but admit it and try to make it right. $65 spent at the table. read more

This is by far, the best pizza i have had since i have been in ohio. My wife and I arrived right when they opened. Was nice and quiet. The wings we ordered were delicious, the garlic bread was fantastic. The pizza crust was thing and crunchy. Toppings were fresh. We ordered food for twenty and they delivered at lunch. The order was organized,correct and well labeled which is amazing for 20 orders! I got the pork tacos and a small antipasto salad. I should've just gotten the pork tacos because I couldn't even finish them. I ended up having to antipasto salad for dinner and it was fabulous as well. The portion sizes are huge! I found the menu so unique that you could get pulled pork tacos, and a calzone all together on one menu. The flavor and quality of all of the food was top-notch. Moved to the area last March and finally got around to trying Four Points. I'm a fool for waiting so long. Called and verified that I was in the delivery zone and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful and polite. Ordered a 12" half cheese half pep and the club sub. Was quoted 45-50 minutes and it arrived a little early and piping hot! They do a Columbus style pie and appears they use Auddino's rolls for their subs. The pie had great pep coverage and was cooked perfectly. Plenty of sauce and cheese. Great flavor. The sub have a good amount of meat and fixings. It was wonderful. I'm looking forward to trying the Italian sub next. Next time I will be dining in as it looks like they have a nice bar area. Couldn't recommend more. read more

So glad we stopped here after driving by so many times. Veteran -Owned restaurant. They have a good selection of food. Their pizzas and desserts are absolutely amazing. The Gawaii Five-O is delicious and so is the Carnivore pizza. They even smoke their own ham, which is absolutely the best in the area as far as I am concerned. The subs are wonderful too. The staff is nice and polite. And it's absolutely touching that they have a Special area on the walls for Honoring Military and First Responders. Just know that if you go there to eat, it's not really a restaurant, in other words, you don't really get service like you would expect at a restaurant. Plan on going to the counter to get the attention of one of the teenagers to get off their phone for a minute to take care of you and get what you need but if you're unwilling to do that then forget it I wouldn't even bother going in there despite the fact that the food is great. read more

I have been ordering from here for many years and I have seen some of the reviews and wanted to clear up some misconceptions. These pizzas are cooked in a stone bottom pizza oven, not a conveyer belt one. This is how pizza SHOULD be cooked. I have gotten some with hard crusts but it will be crisp being it was cooked on a stone. Sauces are good too. I have eaten many places for pizza and I think Four Points has the best sauce of all them. If people have heartburn then take your meds. There is nothing wrong with this sauce. I have never gotten a pizza with short or burnt toppings and I have ordered well over 100 times from this place. Pizza's are properly cooked, taste great, and generally so hot you have to wait for it to cool down before eating! If you love hot pizzas with plenty of toppings and great tastes then you need to come here. Staff is very friendly and the building is top notch clean! You will not be disappointed. Recently they moved to a bigger location with a large dining room but also changed their name. However because of COVID-19 and the quarantine we could only do carry out. I called ahead and placed an order and the food was ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted promptly when I entered. My order was ready, I paid and headed back home. Dinner was excellent, but would prefer eating there next time so the pizza is a little more hot, and fresh. The pizza still had the same taste and quality as the previous location. I appreciated that they kept their recipe and didn't completely change what they were doing. The salad was rather bland and was not any good. It was just iceberg lettuce, diced cheese, a few tomatoes, a couple cucumbers and red onion. It was a cheap, tasteless salad that I would not recommend ordering. read more

This pizza was amazing! The crust was thin and delicious and the toppings were great, especially the banana pepper rings that were surprisingly spicy on the deluxe pizza. We finally got to try this from the new location. If you don't know, it used to be The Pizza Cabin, but they moved out of the cabin and changed the name. I hope they don't lose business by doing that. We like to eat in, but did take out since we're all supposed to stay home right now. They had a coupon for a large pizza and house salad. I would probably skip the salad, as it's just iceberg lettuce with some standard toppings. The pizza is really good. The slightly crisped pepperonis are somewhat of a signature here. This place was great. I had always wanted to try the pizza at the pizza cabin and never got to. When I found out this was them just in a new location I was jazzed. Pleased with the pizza. Pepperoni was nice and crisp, bottom was crispy, sauce wasn't sweet or bitter. The cheese was a bit meh, but it was ok with everything else on it. I was enticed when I was told about the dessert so I bought a slice of chocolate cake, and a slice of cheesecake. The chocolate cake was very Rich with the chocolate fudge as well but the cake was dry. Really needed something to drink with both how dry and how sweet it was. The cheesecake seemed over baked and undermixed. The cheesecake was crumbly and not creamy and there were pockets of granules where the sugar had not incorporated into the batter. Overall I would go back for the pizza, I would give the cheesecake another shot since I've been told that's not their norm. Also $4.50 for the slice of cake you get seems like a steal. read more
