He really seems like he knows what he's doing and has a great deal of experience. I asked him for some business cards and I shared them with my friends who also have RVs. It just makes it very convenient to have somebody that can come to the RV instead of dropping it off. It's a whole day event to take the RV over to a shop that might be an hour away. A lot of times they don't have the part and then it will sit in their parking lot waiting for weeks for the convenience and what he is able to do, he is very affordable. Will be calling on him in the future if ever needed.

Don was nice person as a whole, he as doing the inspection for a buyer (me seller) at our storage…read morefacility and did not use a pressure regulator to connect to the rig and I had to point out to him that the facility had too much pressure and needed to use a pressure regulator but unfortunately he was already on to the rear tank. I left him for the day because i needed to get to work. He called me with questions about the power not work. After me asking several different ways if he turned on the inverter while the generator was on (which is a huge no no because this feeds the rid electricity from the generator and inverter) he admitted that he did and there should be a safety switch that turns this off and that installer must have wire it wrong. Hopefully he didn't burn anything up that needs to be fixed. I get a call now around 4pm that the refrigerator is not working on propane. I call my high school son to go down there to see what is going on. He is then instant that it doesn't work come to find out he has the valve flipped to the other side of the propane tanks and that tank is not open. My son had to show him that the red and green gauge above the valve was red and he was trying to use the other side and that tank was closed. Yes the propane part of the refrigerator went on without a glitch. Now he tells me the rear area doesn't go on by this time my son has gone and I'm still at work. Don leaves and i get there to put the rig away upon my personal inspection he must of done something to trip the 30amp breaker on the generator, i trip that back on and walla the garage a/c goes on. If you are the buyer and he can get the seller down I guess he is worth it however sellers beware he doesn't damage your rig or be there with him and watch what he is doing especially because we know our rigs best!!

I returned with the sample & asked if he could help me find the correct part. I didn't ask for a refund yet when his demeanor just flipped & got defensive. He remembered I paid with a CC because he requested it. Then he asked for my copy of the receipt which I Did NOT have but he had his store copy of the receipt in his hand & still refused a measly $25.84 refund to a card that will probably take 3-5 business days. I wasn't upset at all, I was actually laughing when he said I could speak to his manager 3 days after this terrible transaction. No customer service, no manners, no respect. I will take my business elsewhere
