Had a lovely dinner served by our lovely server Megan. Nice place, warm, traditional decor wood, high decorated ceilings, old pictures, old burgundy booths. We order Caesar salad with shrimp, pasty, and fish street tacos all to share. Greens were fresh and crispy, shrimp tasty, and very generous serving. I enjoyed the tacos, liked very much that was grilled fish and not battered-fried. My husband was lukewarm about the tacos. Pasty was good, from the bakery across the street Wind's. I love empanadas so this is similar a dough pocket filled with good stuff. This morning, before leaving town, we stopped at Wind's for breakfast pasties. Overall was a good experience.

Ordered a drink and the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and brown gravy and vegetable of the day. Drink was simple so way over priced at $13.50. Mashed potatoes were ok. Can't mess them up. Chicken fried steak had been run thru the tenderizer a few too many times and was unrecognizable. Brown gravy was made from a powdered mix and not homemade and very salty. Vegetable of the day is frozen stems out of a bag that may have been left overs or microwaved to mush. Just plain slop. Mentioned it to the waitress and she said she would let them know to change them out! What does that mean? For next weeks left overs?! No apologies and then got an attitude from her. Went to McDonalds down the street and that was better. No wonder this place was empty on a Friday night at dinner time

All I can say is I'm sad! Why? Well I really liked this place a bunch and probably won't be back anytime soon. The bar is really comfy and has the right atmosphere and the restaurant has lots of booths and lots of interesting stuff to look at.

Hat guy, is he an owner ?

We sat at the bar and watched as customer after customer was cheated on their pours. We even followed waitresses so we could tell them what was happenings by one of the bartenders. It was a he. The rest of the staff were trying to be fair, it was obvious, what was happening. The atmosphere was great, food was really good. But their cheating on drinks !

Great place for ambiance, great chicken fried steak, prime rib, and generous breakfasts. Biscuits and gravy-yummy.

The Guinness is always poured to perfection, complete with impressive beer art. The fish and chips remain my go-to, but I tried the pub burger today and it was spot on--perfectly cooked and served on a pretzel bun that really sets it apart. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. If you're looking for an authentic Irish pub vibe, it's tough to find a place that does it better.

While this restaurant came highly recommended by everyone we asked, I hesitated at first because it wasn't a historic building. It seems most if not all historical restaurants are long gone. Ultimately, we decided to give it a try--and I am so glad we did! We shared the the shepherd's pie and bread pudding for dessert. We hesitated at first with the shepherds pie as it was not the typical recipe, this was made with lamb and topped with colcannon potatoes. I was pleasantly surprised when the kitchen thoughtfully split our plate for us. Because our friends weren't familiar with those potatoes, they settled on the fish instead, ordering the 2-piece and 3-piece cod dinners. They thought the fish was fantastic and the lamb shepherd's pie was absolutely delicious. The bread pudding was excellent too. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and we highly recommend stopping in!

Quick word of advice: if you're heading east toward Butte, you'll need to drive through the whole town of Drummond to get back on the interstate. Parker's Restaurant sits conveniently just off the highway and boasts what might be the largest burger menu I've ever seen -- over 100 different options. The interior is eclectic, packed with nostalgic touches like vintage glass Coke bottles and quirky figurines. You can order from printed menus or from the massive chalkboard that runs the length of the restaurant, listing entrees from end to end. Even on a busy late Saturday afternoon, we were greeted promptly and seated right away, though open tables were limited. Our drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and the server was ready for our food order whenever we were. The only downside was the wait time -- about 30 minutes from ordering to the table. I had a tough time choosing, but ultimately went with the Ultimate Patty Melt: two ¼-pound patties, grilled onions, grilled peppers, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on grilled dark rye. The patties were fresh, thick, and clearly hand-formed in the kitchen. The onions and peppers added great flavor, though I found the Thousand Island a bit lacking. Luckily, their fry sauce was excellent and made a perfect table-side substitute. My buddy ordered the Chili Size, which was massive and also featured two ¼-pound patties. As with any chili dish, the chili itself makes or breaks it -- theirs was solid, loaded with both beans and meat, and you could clearly taste the ground beef in every bite. Overall, Parker's delivers a fun, old-school roadside diner experience with huge portions and plenty of burger variety. Perfect stop if you're cruising through Montana on I-90!

Then came the condiments to go with it, we were intrigued because of the uncovered glass jar it came with, you could see all the seasonings and it smelled great, our very initentive waitress explained it's a special blend the cook makes, no one knows what it is but him but it's best on the pizza. We agreed so much that when it was time to box up the order to go we asked for a dish to take the remaining jar of this oil based seasoning in the jar, the waitress said it was an extra 12.00 to take it home, we were confused because this was an "individual jar of oil based seasoning " when my husband said that's ridiculous for something you can't reuse the waitress replied everyone uses it till its gone?? Like what? Double dipping your crust, licking off the spoon, sticking your finger in it to see if you like it before you dip your pizza in it?? The waitress said no one cares , she just works there, contaminated food isn't her problem... needless to say, we won't be back, ever.
