Apparently one of the screws holding my lenses in their frame decided to take a permanent side trip and this morning one lense popped out. I could find no relief in Bar Harbor and called Dr. Albert's office. They said come by and they would see what they could do. Although they appeared to be busy when I showed up they immediately knew who I was and said "Sit down and relax and we will take a look". I had only a few minutes to "relax" before they fixed my glasses but during that time I looked around. My impression was that this office was very well organised/run and the ladies that helped me were courteous and obviously competent. Also, there was a large display area for frames, etc. so that patients would have a big selection to choose from. To top if off they would not accept any payment. We didn't even have to ask, it was like they knew us for years!!
