    Eggs Benedict Florentine

My first time eating here. I will definitely go back. Food was yummy and price was good. I got eggs Benedict with spinach and tomato instead of ham. Added a side of bacon, which I ate before taking a picture..

    Corn beef hash Benedict

I was early for an appointment in the area so I stopped in for a quick breakfast. This diner was quite busy when I walked in around 10:45am I order the corn beef hash Benedict. The breakfast was a decent meal and a decent portion. The hash was not home made, just you average canned corn beef hash. All in all it was a good breakfast.

Cute retro diner. The cinnamon swirl French toast was absolutely delicious. The service was quick and the staff was friendly.

Food was great, the wait was excruciatingly long. Only 9-12 tables. Staff was friendly and personable.

Be prepared to wait a long time. 45 minutes and still no breakfast. Hopefully soon! Cute little diner though. I'm looking forward to eating

Every time I go there the food is great and the service is on point, but it has been getting a lot more busy due to word-of-mouth

Delicious- get takeout breakfast here every few weeks. Inside looks very 1950s. Good little diner. Will be in the regular rotation.

Waitstaff was kind and did a good job. Coffee & eggs were good. Hash browns tasted rancid; perhaps oil needs to be changed.

Pretty average diner food…read more I was running around doing errands and I needed to get something to eat after a night shift so I ended up here Here's what I got Hot tea. They give very small cups. I'd rather have had a pot which I could have poured but whatever. The honey that they gave with was delicious! Two eggs I asked for these to be over medium. They were over easy. Whatever a little bit more runny than I care for Ham steak not too big of a fan of it. It was a large size, however I just didn't like the consistency I got this with pumpernickel bread and potatoes. All of that was fine. No issues with the service. It's a typical grimy diner kind of experience. It's a notch above waffle House and a few notches below cracker barrel Parking isn't a lot. And it is free. The prices okay considering the quality of the food If I was in the area I might try it again. I like supporting local businesses and it seem busy on a Saturday morning. So I didn't have any service issues that other people were commenting on. That being said, I don't think anything was overwhelmingly amazing about this place.

Honestly, this is refreshing as corporations understaff and stress their employees. This local owner know what we the patrons want, we want people who are happy with their jobs and that's done by great staffing. This is my go to for any gift. Yes, you're paying more for a book than you would on Amazon but this is the opposite of a greedy corporation who screws everyone. This is truly local and I'm lucky to live 20 mins away.

My friend and I went on a weekday night, about 2 hours before closing so it was pretty quiet. I initially thought the bookstore was only on the first floor of the building but turns out it's a multi-story experience. There is a parking lot at the back where I parked and I was able to enter through the back door (not sure if this is the main entrance). On the first floor, they have some books, bathrooms, a check out desk, nick nacks (hats, stationery, puzzles, etc.), and most importantly, a coffee shop. The coffee shop was closing up around the time we got there so plan accordingly and do some research on their hours. as they are not the same as the bookstore. The books are clearly labeled by genre. After taking a stroll, we decided to check out the second floor which was supposed to have a little market, a stage where they host events, and some very comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. I mostly came to see if a book spoke to me, but also to get some reading in from the book I brought along with me. The lighting is good, although I sometimes prefer to have a dimmer setting for a cozier feel. We spent about 1.25 hours here, but we could have easily spent a longer time if it weren't so close to closing.
