The one thing I love to discover is the little hole in the wall places. The little unassuming restaurants I find through word-of-mouth or through other people's reviews. I like to judge for myself, and this place is no exception. My husband and I were in town for a memorial service. We had not eaten dinner and decided to just find a place on yelp that people rave about. I was not familiar with the area so this place popped up with great reviews. We took a chance and it paid off! We blew right by the place twice because it didn't look like a restaurant, it just looked like a tiny old house with a few cars parked out in front. It has a very small parking lot, maybe up to a dozen cars can fit. There is a sign out front off to one side. We walked in and we were pointed to a booth. There are not many booths and only a couple of tables. There was only two other people in the whole place eating there. The walls are very plain and the booths were reminiscent of my grandparents picnic table. Plastic covering and all! The young man who waited on us was super friendly! We joked back-and-forth and the menus were given to us and as soon as I asked if breakfast were all day, and he said yes, I knew exactly what I wanted! There are plenty of options although I didn't see anything on there for gluten-free. Not that I am but I know others would want to know. Basically it's a straightforward menu and I do believe this is a Guatemalan restaurant? There are a few things on the menu I couldn't pronounce but the ingredients in the dish sounded amazing! I just knew I wanted breakfast. They have the typical items for breakfast and the eggs were perfectly done, the home fries were a nice helping and the blueberry pancake was nice and light and fluffy. The coffee was great. I do believe it is small family owned and run. The two people we did speak to who were working there at the time we're a very kind and accommodating and breakfast was done quickly. I definitely recommend this place. On a sidenote the only thing that I found was that when I left, my clothes and my husband's clothes had a strong odor of diner. But that's to be expected in a small enclosed area. We were going home anyway so we didn't care. We went there about six or 630 at night but I can imagine on a Saturday or Sunday morning that place must be hopping! He did say it does get busy. They do have takeout available. Definitely worth a try and if I'm ever back in the area I will be revisiting!

Stepping into Kozy Kitchen is like visiting grandma's cozy home. Christian greeted us like we were old friends. It was obvious that he knew all the regulars but he still took the time for conversation with first-timers, like us. The short stack of blueberry pancakes was fluffy and had a good amount of blueberries. The fried eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection; and the delicious hash browns had a light sprinkling of sea salt. Coffee was smooth and Christian made sure the cup was refilled regularly. Breakfast prices are reasonable. Check out the Guatemalan breakfast specialties. We can't wait to return to Attleboro to try other menu items at Kozy Kitchen.

I decided to try Kozy's fish and chips as the place I always ordered from was out of fish, (on a Friday at 1pm). This was the best decision I made today and I won't be getting fish and chips from anyone else as long as Kozy is in business. A giant portion of lightly battered, perfectly cooked fish, crispy fries and yummy cole slaw arrived in 30 minutes and easily fed two people. I also ordered onion rings which were also perfectly battered and cooked. I look forward to trying other things on the menu.

    Mega Desayuno

LOVE Kozy! Food and service is always great! Our favorite is the Mega Desayuno Chapin. So savory and the perfect combo with the Picamas hot sauce they have there. Christian and his mom are the most genuine, loving, kind people. We love them and their food

We called them from the hospital up the street because we are looking for someplace to have breakfast in the cafeteria at the hospital is closed. They said yes they were open and they serve breakfast all day. I said we will see you in a few minutes. We drove the mile down the street to the restaurant they were very generous and held the door open for us as I am on crutches and seated us right by the door so I didn't have to walk far. They brought our coffee and waters right away. They were very friendly the menus were very clean there's not many people in the restaurant just three other customers in another booth and then one person getting takeout. They could seat six booths of four and they also had additional seating of tables and chairs in the back room. They took our order and within 3 to 5 minutes our food was on the table in front of us. It was hot and fresh and delicious. My other half got sausage and eggs with onion home fries and rye toast. I got a bacon and egg sandwich with cheese on raisin toast. I did not get home fries as he always doesn't finish his so I always split it with him. Everything was perfect we are looking forward to going there again to try lunch and maybe some night for supper. Everyone was friendly from the first and seated us to the cook to the person that served us. Super friendly place and absolutely clean. They also had partitions in between the booths and at the front counter they really went above and beyond protocol. This is definitely a hidden jewel of Attleboro. Located at the end of O'Neill Boulevard on Maple Street. Can't miss the restaurant. Everyone should try them and you will definitely love their food and clothes in my pictures I put our breakfast as well as their menu so you can see how reasonable their prices are.

Came here this morning for breakfast, it's a quaint building with a handful of tables. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We had the French toast and eggs with home fries and toast. Eggs were perfect and the French toast was Texas fluffy. And the coffee flowed so much in fact I had to cut myself off! Bacon was good as well, not fake or microwaved! We will be back!

A friend recommended that I try this place for breakfast. It was a nice clean place when I entered and I was immediately seated. The menu was simple and the prices were very affordable which was good. I ordered the steak tips with rice, beans, tortillas and salad. The food was delivered fast and was hot and fresh. The steak was seasoned really well and the rice was light and fluffy. Overall the meal was great and the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend giving the Kozy Kitchen a try if you are ever in the area!

Chicken parm with spaghetti and garlic bread

My husband and I used to live in North Providence, and we enjoyed going to Santoro's for their chicken parm dinner. Come to find out Kozy Kitchen's owner used to work at Santoro's, so we definitely had to check this spot out! We have tried a couple of things including their pizza (not pictured) and have found them to be very similar to Santoro's in North Prov. Onion rings are delicious! Kids cheeseburger is huge. And everything seems to be very fresh and and tasty. The nachos were made with fresh chips and shredded beef. The owners are very nice every time we visit and we enjoy the Guatemalan offerings as well! Give it a try if you're in the area:)

Cheap, chewy steak and a server with an attitude. Not a "kozy" environment. Food was not fresh, more like microwaved. I will never go back.

We split the crispy calamari as our appetizer--a deluxe take on a classic. I had the chicken tenders as my entree, and liked the consistency. Not too greasy and not too tough...common pitfalls elsewhere. The honey mustard was a winner, though I loved the BBQ sauce too. My date said she enjoyed her spare ribs as well. Street parking was available right out front. Our waitress was patient about checking dish options for my dairy allergy. Noise level inside was great for a date-not too loud, not too quiet. Good vibes amongst other patrons and staff. Service was friendly and attentive, and she seemed fine with us lingering over our coffees in lieu of dessert. (No dairy-free option.) I'd come back to Attleboro just for this spot.

I've been a few times over the years and always remembered it as a solid local spot. My bagel sandwich was simple but good, and the dulce de leche latte was definitely on the sweeter side, but that was expected based on what I ordered. The biggest miss for us was the chicken and waffles. The waffle itself was actually really good, but the chicken was way too thick and underseasoned, so it completely overpowered the dish instead of balancing with it. There was also an overwhelming amount of butter on the plate that felt a little excessive. What really dropped the rating though was the coffee refill tasting burned. At a brunch spot especially, coffee feels like one of the easiest things to consistently get right, so it was disappointing when something that simple missed the mark. I really wanted to love the experience because the space has so much potential, but overall it just didn't fully live up to what I was hoping for.

All of our food was delicious, the employees were super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant seating area was pleasant, attractive and very clean. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich, a pastrami sandwich and a half rack of baby back ribs. Both sandwiches were excellent, but the ribs really stole the show. They were well seasoned and so tasty, but better yet, they were extra, extra tender. We got two sauces on the side - rib juice sauce and the regular bbq sauce and I especially liked all of the herbs and seasonings in the rib juice. The ribs were some of the best I've had in this part of the country and I'm very glad we went to Chub's today.

Both times, Chub's delivered in a big way. Pull up and you'll immediately spot their massive smokehouse on the side of the building, which is a converted trailer that means serious business. Parking is plentiful. Inside, the restaurant is warm, inviting, and spotlessly clean. The staff were genuinely helpful and professional on both visits, the kind of team that makes you feel like a regular even on your first stop. On the first visit I went with the Ghost Pepper Sauce on the wings. They were crispy, perfectly smoked, and surprisingly approachable heat-wise. Not a face-melter, just beautifully layered flavor. I paired them with the Sweet Pete's Pulled Pork Sandwich and Grandma's Baked Beans, and honestly? Both were fantastic. The pulled pork was tender and perfectly smoked, and those baked beans had that homestyle depth that's nearly impossible to fake. On visit two I ordered the Blue Pig Sandwich and a half pound of Brisket. The sandwich was great, but the real showstopper was the Brisket. It was super moist with a bold peppery rub that had clearly been earned through hours of patience and smoke. This is the kind of brisket that makes you go quiet mid-bite. Chub's Blue Pig BBQ is, without question, one of the best, if not the best, BBQ spots I've hit in all of New England. It's the real deal: proper smoke, serious technique, and food that genuinely delivers on its reputation. I'll absolutely be back, and I'm bringing reinforcements next time. Highly, enthusiastically recommended.

That being said, Dian needs to reevaluate his prices. I got a large tea which is apparently the same price as every other size they offer, with no additional bag. Which means...that's right, we are all being charged for water. It was still fairly cheap but why not make all tea the price of a small, or a large for that matter?
