I've been here before but this is my first post, donuts are always terrific, very tasty. Service is great, the owner is super friendly, I was messing around with my spouse, saying it's my Birthday and I can eat 2 donuts if I wanted to, he overheard and agreed with me HA! I asked him about the cream puffs with custard, if they were any good, he said they are his favorite. I said ok 1 please. He ended up giving me a whole bag on the house, because it's my Birthday. I wanted to LOVE this place but my experience wasn't a solid 5. I ordered 3 strawberry and cream donuts which were made to order by a really nice lady. The donuts were really good. The place needs a deep cleaning. With the amount of people coming and going and being that food is served the place is cluttered and the lobby area is grimy. read more

The other reviews don't lie, this place is on pint with their fried goodness! I stopped by here really early on morning while on my way to the Ben Clark training center. I was a little suspicious of all the great reviews this place had... I was sure that the donuts weren't THAT good. But I was definitely wrong. They were probably the freshest donuts I've ever had. Next to Krispy Kreme donuts of course (nothing beats those!! KK all the way! Lol) anyway they were super fresh and tasted great. There was a short line but no big deal the Asian guy helped them very quickly and soon it was my turn to make my selection. I went with the buttermilk glaze, apple fritter, and a bag of glaze donut holes. All were fresh and amazing. This donut shop delivered the goods!!! I would suggest this joint to anyone who wants freshly made donuts every morning. read more

I love this place!! It's our new hometown favorite. We went in the afternoon on a Sunday and they had an amazing selection. They were also very kind and patient with me. I love the classic cake donut, but the fritters and maple bacon were to die for! There's bacon inside of the maple bacon. Can't wait to come back, would definitely recommend. read more

I went around 5:30 so a little after it opened. The lady working was honestly not the nicest. I wanted to know if donut holes could be added to a dozen donuts and i didn't get a response more of a glare. There was this guy ahead of me and he got a red bull and as he is paying she said okay bye bye don't come back. I do want to come back though for their holidays themed donuts. Solid neighborhood donut shop. No frills just good donuts for a decent price. I stop by whenever I have a craving for something sweet.

My dad comes to Donut Cravings once or twice a month to get his pastry fix, so when I come out to visit him, I offer to take him there while running his errands. The place is clean and the display case is always well stocked. They have the typical donut varieties, but also some signature stuff like the Bacon Maple Bacon donut which is a maple donut slightly wider then a regular maple bar topped with bacon and filled with more bacon. If you're into salty sweet like I am you'll like it. My dad usually gets the apple turnover and blueberry turnover and a regular glazed. Every time I've bought a donut there it has been fresh, even later in the afternoon. Also, my dad says that the apple turnover taste even better the next day. However, the real reason I'm giving this place five stars is because of their amazing customer service. My dad had a stroke and has limited mobility, slightly slurred speech, and some cognitive delay, so he has to take things slower than most people. The staff at Donut Craving are always very patient with him, and do things like put his donuts in a box although he only gets two or three because the little paper bags are too hard for him to grasp. They are extremely nice people who treat all their customers well, and make it a point to get to know there regulars personally. It's getting increasingly rare to get genuine customer service these days, so for that, I will always give them my business. read more

Pretty great donut spot in the Woodcrest area! The sweet woman at the counter was very patient with me, helpful, and happy. I liked the selection of donuts, and bought 6 regular donuts and 24 donut holes for about $11. Standard donut shop. They have all the classics and another few, but overall, they're well stocked. Wish they had some more variety however, which was why I took of a star. Prices are fairly normal as well. I got a dozen donuts for a get-together for about $7.50. They DO accept ATM, but they charge $.50, be aware! The thing that is great about this place is that their customer service is always lovely. The guy who helped serve me today was kind and patient with me, as I was busy attempting to get my friend's preferences on what sort of donuts they wanted through text. Hard working owner cranking out fresh doughnuts daily. The owner really cares about his customers and treats them all with his passion to make them smile and be happy when they walk in the door. If you like cream in your coffee , large bottles of flavored creamers sit right on the counter waiting for you. The shop is clean and the doughnuts are always fresh and yummy. They also have breakfast sandwiches, blended drinks and a large refrigerator filled with all the best soft drinks and juices to quench your thirst. Not really impressed. Stopped in this morning and picked up a few donuts. The donuts did not taste fresh and the glaze was hard and crunchy on the plain donut. My biggest irk is seeing people in food service eating while serving customers. Really??? You can't wait to put 4 donuts in a bag without popping food in your mouth?
