Okay but why is a donut shop out here making BETTER sandwiches than most delis?? I ordered the turkey croissant sandwich and I was NOT prepared. The croissant was perfectly toasted, buttery, flaky, and golden on the outside but soft inside. They loaded it with thick slices of turkey, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, red onion, and just the right amount of mayo and mustard. It tasted so fresh and balanced, not dry, not soggy, just chef's kiss. The portion was generous too. Definitely worth the price. The owners are super friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Nice donut spot in the middle of Upland. They have all your go-to favorites, and their goods are fresh and delicious. The price for a dozen is comparable for around $16. Not too bad. I stopped by Donut Delite around 1pm and they still had a great variety of donuts and other pastries for sale. I brought some home and everyone enjoyed them. From sprinkled cake, cream filled, glazed, and cinnamon rolls they were all enjoyed. Everything tasted fresh, unlike some locations I've been to where I felt like the donuts were old. There is a .50 cent charge to use your credit card so it's best to bring cash if you can. They have other items and drinks for sale. Parking is ample as the business is in a shared plaza. It's also great if you're looking to buy some donuts before work as they open at 4am. read more

My Friend and I have been coming to Donut Delite since 2009. The donuts taste amazing and are always consistent. Their regular coffee is completely on point. The Bended Coffee is awesome! I always get the Mocha Big Train. It is basically a Mocha Ice Blended like you would get at Coffee Bean but slightly better. My Friend always gets a bagel with cream cheese and loves them. I gave my 3yr old daughter $2 and all she wanted to buy was a donut. We found this place on yelp and we stopped by. My wife lifted my daughter to pay the .75 cents she gave her the two one dollar bills and she dropped one on the floor. I seen her bend down and pick it up and she shoved it under the counter. Gave my daughter a quarter back and said thank you. I asked the lady to give my daughter her dollar and she knew she got caught. This lady was trying to steal a dollar from a baby. I told her she should be ashamed and she just walked to the back. I will never be back to this place and if you do count your money before you pay. It's open in the middle of the day which is cool but I never understood why someone would want a donut at 2pm but believe it or not I would see people going in still. I have been going here for years and by far the best. I will admit I LOVE donuts and will drive an hour for a great one. This is the place I go and it was right down the street from my house in Claremont. They're fresh, taste great and big. I have moved to the East Coast and can't find a good donut anywhere. Their idea of a donut is Dunkin Donut and this place is littered with them. My parents are flying out next week and they're bringing me some donuts from Donut Delite. I'm so excited! read more

This place is pretty awesome. I went there at about 3:30 on a Monday afternoon to get some birthday donuts and they had tons of options still available. I thought they may have run out considering they open at 4 am and run a dozen donuts for $4.99 after noon, but no. I got my dozen including several glazed, a maple bar, coconut glazed, and various cake donuts. However, I suggest bringing cash as they charge $0.50 to process credit or debit transactions. Not a big deal but it's good to know ahead of time. Lastly, and most importantly, they were delicious and held up very well. Most donuts get stale by the next day but these held up great. We were able to eat all of them over the next few days before they even got to be stale. Definitely recommend. read more

i noticed an earlier post about the donut delight taking someones money. i happened to be there that day, a guy, his wife and daughter were there as i waked in. i observed the owner being given a dollar by the adult wife, for a donut that the little girl wanted. change of 25 cents was given . shortly after this, the husband chimed in and said that the owner had taken money from the daughter. at no time did i see the little girl give any money to the owner. it sucks because there are always some who try to get something for free.ive been coming to this establlishment for the past 5 years, and have never encountered anything like this. however, ive seen people run in and steal the tip jar money quite a few times. the owners are hard working honest people. next time you go into a donut shop, think twice about your lying reviews, it makes good honest, hard working folks look bad. you suck "mauricio p" for lying about your review! read more
