Apparently, ordering your drink hot is somewhat frowned upon here, which gave me a good laugh. I saw they had a drink called the Dumbledore, and that was all the convincing I needed to order it. It was good, although I ended up wanting it a little sweeter for my personal taste. I also liked that they offer a loyalty card that gets stamped with each purchase. It's a nice touch for regular customers. Overall, it was a great experience. The atmosphere was lively, the coffee was good, and it's easy to see why so many locals love this place. I only wish I had more time to try some of their other signature drinks. I'd definitely stop by again if I'm in the area.

I live in Connecticut, and I drive about 45 minutes to get to Agawam's Java Stop, so I may come here 1 to 4 times a month. Awesome, friendly staff and awesome lattes! I can't believe how horribly this company treats it's employees. It has 13 cameras in the East Longmeadow location and they call the employees to yell at them for the most mundane things. My daughter got a call to stop talking to customers and it was her mother that was there and had purchased food and coffee. I have talked to ex employees and they say that it has always been that way. Paul, one of the owners, is a rude and inconsiderate individual, all of the employees that I spoke with, past and present, stated that he is a nasty and rude person. I have frequented the Dip for years and have always tried to find the good but the owners of this establishment have shown that they don't deserve the benefits of being a business owner. These cheap and nasty individuals should not profit from running a business that abuses the kids that it hires. read more

First off the sign and the building make you stop, the aroma yanks you out of your car, and the display shelves overwhelm your senses with 49 varities of donuts + fancies!! When I was a kid Dunkin Donuts was the best thing going, fresh coffee every 30 minutes, fresh donuts being made in the back all day long (especially early in the morning)..... Not anymore. Fancy Bagels also features 27 different bagels, all baked fresh daily. Additionally, 12 different flavored schmears, including cannoli! There will have to be another time. I used to be able to eat their regular bagels, but now I'm gluten free, I have an intolerance. My husband and I travel (sometimes very far) in search of the best gluten free products. (We have flown to Nevada, twice, to get our favorite gluten free pizza). I was so excited when I saw that Comfort created a gluten friendly bagel, took the drive to their Westfield location and tried one. I bought a couple to take home incase they were good. I SHOULD'VE BOUGHT THEM ALL OUT FOR THE DAY. Unfortunately I was already on my way home when I realized how delicious they were, but I will now be traveling 30 minutes to Westfield every-time they have a batch out for sale. I had a plain gluten friendly bagel with scallion cream cheese (homemade as well) and it was so delicious, not even overly chewy! You could buy these bagels if you are gluten intolerant and use them as bread. They're perfect. Pictured here is what I bought to take home, gluten friendly Asiago Parmesan bagels and roasted garlic cream cheese. The gentleman working gave me a sample of the cream cheese and it was delicious- had to buy it! They have a LARGE selection of homemade spreads and they have gluten free sesame and everything bagels as well. Trust me when I say RUN, DONT WALK, to get one (or 15) of these GF bagels. They are so worth it. I'd drive hours to get these, I'd probably fly to get them too. Just try one. Thank me later.

The donuts were obviously fresh made and well executed. They were smartly packaged too. I tried parts of a cruller, a crumb, a cherry, a chocolate toasted coconut and a toasted coconut. All tasty. Great texture. High quality donuts. Gerry's has a classic vibe. There are some tables and some counter seats. Everybody I saw got takeout. Service was helpful and efficient.
