This modest cafe is mission-based. Their small pastry selection yielded a chocolate croissant, which I got heated up. It was hot on the outside, but the ample chocolate batons on the inside were still cool, which is probably good because the massive amount of chocolate would have burned me if it had been too hot. A chai was a bit syrupy and vanilla flavored moreso than being tea. I wasn't convinced that it was the absolute best cafe fare that I could have found, but I was happy to have supported it and satisfied with what I got.

    Their turmeric latte; exquisite!

Visit this fine establishment ladies and gentlemen; you won't regret it. I had the absolute pleasure of coming here with my family and fell in love with their turmeric latte. It was my first time trying it with oat milk and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Even the decaf is great! I took a sip of my moms decaf and it was amazing! They have things to eat like bagels, muffins, and cookies too. The employees were so nice, very serviceable, I can't wait to come back and buy a bag of their decaf to take home.

Avocado toast and my almond milk latte, so good I took a bite before the pic!

Exploring Chicopee after a 5k in CT and found Goodworks! Coffee-delicious! Food- such a treat! Thin toasted plank of bread for Avocado toast, my husband got a croissant egg sandwich. Both so tasty! And great soothing ambiance with chill music. Very friendly staff! Lovely place!!

Visiting Springfield Ma. and I was looking for a local coffee shop to have morning coffee and surf the web. I am so happy I found Goodworks Coffee House. Victor, one of the co-owners warmly welcomed me as a first time patron, he seemed to know all of the other patrons who stopped by. I enjoyed talking to Victor, the coffee was delicious, robust and full of flavor. Atmosphere in the shop was fun, decent amount of seating with individual table tops, communal table and couch seating. Great place to have a conversation, read, work, or just chill. Plenty of on street parking right outside the door.

10/10 coffee, service, ownership, and ambiance. Goodworks is the whole package. I love working there, meeting friends, and they even allow you to host private events! Not the mention the Caprese sandwich is AMAZING. Avocado toast is the best in western mass. You wont be disappointed coming to Goodworks!!

    Outdoor pick up area

Oh my gosh! I work about 10-15 minutes from Goodworks and I just stumbled upon it this week...and I've already been twice I haven't been able to explore and try much of their menu yet, but I plan to. Also I have strictly used their square site to order online and pick up at the table outside, so I haven't been able to see the interior for myself, but it looks so cute. I can't wait until the pandemic days pass and I can spend a peaceful lunch hour here. And here I thought I had my routine down pat making my coffee at home...

    Bright and airy location.

The coffee was good but not much better than what I can make at home which was not what I was expecting for a coffee roaster. I also tried their RED ROOIBOS TEA. It reminds me of a very strong hibiscus. Too floral for me. I do love their environmentally friendly to go cups. The shop is very unique. Very much a gypsy vibe. Like a fusion of an abstract art exhibit meets a hippy college dorm room, meets a cafeteria, meets a bazaar. It is collaborated with a few businesses ("The Urban Food Brood"-"Corsello Butchery"- "Happy Man"-Forest Doe Botanicals"-"Nosh Restaurant & Cafe"). A very supportive community. The seating is very cozy but awkward. Great place to meet up with friends or make new friend. They also have cold brewed canned coffee with unique flavors as well. All in all. Not too shabby my friends.

Recently been dealing with a lot so when I knew I'd have a few hours to myself; I went out for a run and came here afterwards. I just sat outside with my coffee, it was nice and quiet, nobody bothered me. The interesting thing about this place is that it's more than just coffee, they have other little kiosks. Some sell food, some sell homemade goods like candles, lotions etc. It really is a place I'll come to again, and again.

I had just seen Donut Dip pop up in an online article as the best donut place in Massachusetts and so I had to stop. Donut Dip is an old school donut shop, a large selection of a wide variety of flavors are on display. The short line moved quickly and I ordered an Apple Fritter and a Chocolate topped custard stick for the road. The price was a bit higher than I expected but the donuts were big and looked great and I wanted some food for the road so I didn't have to stop. The Apple Fritter was good, however it seemed to be a bit light on actual apple piece and while tasty it just wasn't anything special. The Custard stick was excellent, the custard was rich and luscious which nicely balanced the perfectly fried donut, the topping was thick and chocolaty giving the donut an old school feel. Although I didn't have a long visit I would say that overall Donut Dip has very good to great donuts. The shop feels classic and if I was nearby I would love to try some of the other flavors. Well worth a stop to check them out.

Very cozy old fashioned donut shop. As a donut lover, I had to get one of my faves (old fashioned) and I asked the staff for their recommendation and went with the honey cruller. I'd actually never had this before but my husband and I both took a bite and decided it tasted like sweet corn dog breading and we weren't mad at it! This spot was tiny and bustling but they move the line quickly. Not in Springfield often anymore but would recommend it to anyone in the area! No indoor seating and a small parking lot in the back.
