I really do mean it when I say that this place has some of the best donuts I've ever had. They're simple donuts yet super fluffy, moist, and flavorful. I try new donut places and I get disappointed as many donuts get dry, flakey, and hard but donut factory isn't like that. The donuts stay fresh the next morning too which is very difficult to find in other shops/recipes. It doesn't need to be a complicated donut in order to be considered delicious and good value. Owners are kind and I appreciate when they sometimes throw in a little donut hole in addition to my purchase. They also just have a great menu for other types of meals and drinks. I found this spot through doordash and its become a favorite. The donuts are fresh, not greasy and their sandwiches and breakfast burritos are really good. My absolute favorite though is their vietnamese iced coffee. There is only one problem and I hope the owners read this. Their menu was recently updated on doordash and its bugged so that most of the iced coffee drinks, including my favorite, are unable to be added to order. It requires you to pick sugar level, but that part was taken off/missing after the menu update. I havent been ordering from there because I cant add the items I want. Delivered donuts to a friend through UberEats with no issues! I live in Orange County and my friend lives in LA. I wanted to send her donuts the morning of her birthday. The night before, I scheduled an order to be delivered between 8:15 - 8:45am. The morning of - I received a notification at 8:00am telling me that they were preparing my order. There's a lot of places that make a tasty donut, but they usually don't taste so good the next day.... this place on the other hand still taste good 2 and 3 days later.
