They…read morehave basically put up a 3/4 high wall that separates the Chinese restaurant and Yogurt City as both places are owned by the same people. It's a bit of an odd setup as workers seem to go between establishments. The Yogurt City portion is not all that big. There is a long bench to the right as you walk into the store for seating but only a couple of round tables, so in general, not a whole lot of seating area. At the back of the store are 5 frozen yogurt machines that house a total of 10 flavors. Pretty much like any other froyo machine I've encountered, you can either dispense one of the two flavors into your cup independently or use the middle lever to mix the two flavors in that machine together. The flavors during my visit were fairly basic and included things like cheesecake, vanilla, banana, chocolate chip cookie, etc. The taste of the froyo was good and not really any different than I've had at other places. They had about 45 toppings or so to pick from and again, pretty much the standard toppings like candy, nuts, fruits, etc. My son thought the gummy bears were a little stale. You pay by ounce and current pricing is $0.45/ounce, which is a tad bit cheaper than some of the other places I frequent. Once we had paid for our froyo, the workers went back to the Chinese restaurant and left us alone in the store. Not a big deal until I needed napkins and none were to be found. I just walked thru the glass door that separates the two establishments and got someone's attention and they quickly brought over some napkins. In general, the workers were friendly and even stopped over to say goodbye as we were leaving. There doesn't appear to be any sort of "rewards/frequent buyer" club here like other places have. All in all, not a bad place. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go here, but I would consider stopping in if I was in the area.

Never a greeting or a thank you. They just start ringing up products then grumble the total at you as if I was dealing with a cashier at Dollar General. It is tough to hire help anymore. I get it. Maybe it is time for the owners to install a self-check out kiosk or have a self-service cash box as some other farm stores do. The owners should be embarrassed of the current state of the retail side of their operation. I am embarrassed for them. The seafood salads are still pretty good. The dairy products struggle to be average. Flavored milks and sugar drinks they sell are a real snore.

So I googled other farms with a big corn maze and Wilcox came up. I called the number and they said you can come whenever you didn't need to have tickets ahead of time, Yay! It was a good drive like about 45 minutes to an hour away. They have a smaller maze for kids and a bigger one for adults. They had someone explaining how the big maze worked before you went in. It is 25 acres and 8 miles long altogether. It is divided up into 3 different mazes in 1. We really enjoyed it, it took us about an hour and half to get through all the sections of the maze. They all have different number stations you're supposed to check off throughout the maze. The one even has a murder mystery game where you check off different characters at each station, that was really fun. The price was reasonable too , $8 for the maze. We went to the market afterwards. It was kind of small they didn't have too much there. I got a cider but they were out of the gallons, but I got a quart. Luckily I didn't buy a gallon, it wasn't one of the best ciders I have had, it was a little watery. I also bought some solar lights for my yard which were only $4 each. My husband hates when I buy them and he has to fix them though. We had a fun day , and we would return to this maze sometime !

This is a somewhat ramshackle road market surrounded by corn fields in the middle of nowhere. It was also loads of fun! First, they have in the fall two corn mazes ' the 'big maze' which is 8 miles long and in a different pattern each year, and the 'little maze', shorter and meant for Young 'Uns. There's also a play area with swings, slides and stacked tractor tires to climb on. Our older Young 'Un wanted to go on the big maze but agreed to take the younger through the smaller maze. There is also a pneumatic Corn Cannon, where you shoot ears of dried corn at targets. This was a monster hit. The produce stand at this time of year had a healthy selection of pumpkins, some really beautiful squash and gourds. Also dried multi-color corn bundles and dried bundled corn stalks for decorating with. Lastly, they still had some beautiful produce, honestly the prettiest bell peppers I think I've ever seen and some zucchini in the "Ron Jeremy" size. Inside the "stand" there is both a very good (REAL) ice cream parlor, which served ice cream in pretty traditional and delicious flavors. Vanilla, chocolate, fudge ripple, coffee, peanut butter cup, moose trails, etc. Very good quality, creamy and rich. Then they have an area that you could at best call an indoor "treasure" hunt - lots of mixed items sold by various people (the tag tells them whose piece something is) laid out on tables. It's like a giant unmanned swap meet. You can find everything from VCR tapes (New! Sealed!) to mugs to a vintage meat grinder and everything in between. SCFG and I had a blast digging through the tables and boxes, finding cool treasures - my favorite was the Holy Family ornament that looked kinda like what it might be if the Planet of the Apes had a Holy Family. I will have to take a picture of this to show it. The staff is very unobtrusive and friendly, even at the end of a long day full of Little Dears who drive people nuts. The prices for everything were reasonable and the boys had a great time running around the maze, climbing, shooting corn, digging for treasure and eating ice cream. We'll be back.

I didn't feel welcome at all!! The cheese steak was very good, and it came out fast. the atmosphere nice and clean and nostalgic.
