These donuts weren't that good. The chocolate bar I got wasn't very fresh and kind of dry. I just ate some of the chocolate part off. The glazed old fashioned was a tiny bit better and just ok. Well let me start off by saying they open at 4am M-F. They offer a wide variety of foods aside from donuts. My favorite thing to get there is there Hawaiian rice. Of you are a rice, eggs and spam lover then this is the bowl for you. I've also tried the BLTA on a croissant which was great. Bagels are also worth the buy. You'd be surprised at the huge menu they offer. You have the option of going on there website and ordering for pick up and saving yourself the wait time or you can just walk in and order. They do have about 3 tables in there if you would like to enjoy your food there. Nothing beats old coffee and stale donuts right? Not only was my donut (chocolate twist) stale, the chocolate was mostly flaked off most of it. I have never physically been to this location, but have ordered several times from them via Postmates. The order is always correct, the donuts are fresh and tasty, and if they don't happen to have something you ordered via the app they will do the best they can and include a replacement that is reasonably close as well as some free extras. Stumble around this place because I had a meeting at the Port of Long Beach and while I was driving on the freeway, realized that I forgot to buy donuts for the employees for my meeting. I checked my yelp app for nearby donut shop and this one appeared right next to the freeway so it was SUPER convenient since I didn't want to be late. The owner was super friendly, I am assuming he was the owner, and tried his best to be as quick as possible after I told him about my meeting at POLB. The donuts were delicious and fresh with so many different kind. I also bought coffee which was much appreciated with the donuts. The place appeared to be clean and with a very open space. This donut shop is disgusting... they sell way over priced stale donuts. The two twist donuts I got were hard as a rock and they charged close to $5 dollars for two donuts. I didn't realize it at first because I had other things going on but when I got to my car and seen how hard they were and the price I paid... I went back in and demanded a refund. Well never ever go back there again. The owner or worker was also bringing in donuts from his car.. I assume he was bringing them from the store they have on Western and that's nasty, bringing donuts in ur regular car where hairs and body cells, dirt and germs are getting all over them . I've had issues every time I've come in here. Usually with money. Today, I was charged $3.00 sales tax on a $5.00 order. When I asked about it, because anyone would realize that is incorrect, she said "yes that's right with tax." Tax on my order should have been $0.45-$0.50. This place is fire. The donuts are on point, you can fill up your water jug, and the customer service is good. Friendly people down in San Pedro. Lina's is the first donut shop I visited when moving to LA in 2007, so it's got a little corner carved out in my heart. I haven't had their donuts here in a long time so this review is for the "filtered" water they sell. Outside, there's a sign saying "pure water," so some might think this is the name of the place. My family used to always buy the filtered water here many years ago. But over the last several years it seems they haven't changed their filtration system. In fact I haven't purchased water here in such a long time. A few weeks ago I sent my nephew to buy water for me. Thinking he was going to go where we typically go, he somehow found his way here.
