shop looks like a typical donut place from the outside but is actually nice inside. the selection of donuts midday was impressive and they all looked really good. but they were basically donuts, nothing you couldn't find else where but I liked that there was variety. donut holes were dry, the blueberry fritter was really good, not too greasy. but, the service was terrible and for that alone I won't go back. neither will my mom who was with me the day I went (and had been raving to me for weeks about the donuts). the girl that helped us was super rude. my mom is about as happy as a Disney character and after about 3rd time of this girl being snappy with my mom, I could see she was getting upset. which makes me VERY upset. maybe that girl had a bad day or hates her job, but either way I'll stick with the Dunkin Donuts right across from them. the people there have always been beyond friendly. read more

Super good I totally recommend every day before I go to work I always make sure to get some donuts from this place. It opens at 4AM every day and they are super fluffy and delicious. Plus the workers there give really good service and are really nice. They have a huge selection of donuts. I always go for the glaze donuts as it's their most popular. read more

The chocolate chip was good, like always, and the brown sugar Pop-Tart cookie was easily the best one out of the box. The only real reason Crumbl is convenient is because there are so many Crumbl locations in the Central Valley. I honestly wish an Insomnia Cookies would open up out here -- it'd be nice to have another option, especially if their cookies are better. Between the wrong cookies, lack of presentation, and no customer interaction, this one lands at 3 stars. Maybe next time they'll get it right and earn a higher score, but we'll see.

It honestly became one of the centerpieces of the entire shower, and we received so many compliments on it. Beyond her talent, Christina was just an incredibly wonderful person to work with. I came to her on a relatively quick turnaround and with a budget I needed to stay within. She listened to me, worked with me, and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure or difficulty--just kindness, cooperation, and a genuine desire to make sure we were happy. What impressed me most was how humble she was. Christina is clearly very talented, but she carries herself with such kindness and sincerity. You can tell she cares about her customers and understands that these cakes are attached to important moments in people's lives. This one certainly was. When we first sliced the cake, the center was visibly dark, as shown in the photos. My wife paid $120 for this very small cake, and for most people, $120 is not an insignificant amount of money. My intention is not to bash the baker or the business. I am simply sharing my experience and the actual condition of the cake we received so that other customers can make an informed decision. What has been most disappointing is how the situation has been handled. In my interactions with the owner, I have not felt that responsibility was taken for my concerns, nor was I offered a resolution to make the situation right. Instead, the responses have felt defensive. As a customer, I believe concerns like this deserve to be acknowledged. Sometimes a sincere apology and a willingness to address the customer's experience can go a long way. Again, I am sharing the updated photos for transparency. People can look at the pictures, read about my experience, and make their own decision.
