Donuts Tried: Maple Bar, Bacon Maple Bar, ube crumble, Ube glazed, regular glazed, Apple fritter The Maple and bacon Maple were both overcooked. I can see visually already that the bread was not the beautiful golden brown I'm use to and it reflected on my tastebuds that it was a bit on the burnt side. The ube flavors were interesting. Unfortunately I was not a huge fan. I don't know what sugar was used to make it but I didn't like the taste of it. I came from out of town and was craving something sweet for breakfast but I was disappointed to not get that addictive flavor and bite I usually get from a good donut. I didn't really try the others as they were also slightly darker in color and didn't want to find out if they were overcooked too. I know Tracy is not exactly a boba town but I decided to try a couple drinks. It was actually a little odd for them to not be able to tell us that they were out of flavors before payment so we picked about 4 different flavors and ended up ordering 2 of the same flavors since that was all they had. I know the young lady behind the counter was trying her best so I won't fault her as she was very nice the whole time. While trying to complete our drink order a small line of people built up and the second human behind the counter completely ignored them. She seems to be counting her bills for a register but is the middle of the day really the best time to do it? Aren't these things balanced first thing so you can help customers during business hours? This place came with high recommendation from my family who lives in Tracy but I didn't have the best experience. I will most likely pass on this location in the future if I'm ever in the area again. read more

Came here with friends on a Saturday afternoon and they were well stocked with donuts. The ube cake donuts are beyond delicious and come with a multitude of different toppings. Although one of the girls behind the counter was unwelcoming and quite rude, I would still come back because the donuts are that good. read more

They use to be my favorite donut shop in Tracy, but over the past few years they have changed. Their donuts taste greasy and not as appetizing as they use to be. Their prices have doubled for cake donuts and although I expect prices to change I expect the quality to be there (ie not greasy). After more than 5 visits now and we're always happy with the service, and the Ube donuts. More importantly they continue to ensure everybody's safety & health through the COVID era. They enforce requiring face masks & have new tape on the floor to ensure social distancing. The plexi glass separating patrons from servers is clear & clean. I added another star for these reasons. Donuts were amazing I have come to this shop since 2008 and never disliked their donuts or coffee! issues with their new computer system slowed the line down (not on them but still an issue) however do not pay attention to posted prices. They do not clarify what qualifies as "regular donuts" I got a dozen regular sized donuts with two bars on the side $28!!! Apparently regular sized (ube and red velvet (6/12)) are additional costs but nothing is posted. Supported this local business for years, been in Tracy for 17 yrs. Being polite, respectful and a simple smile works when I'm giving you my "hard earned" money. Would place orders for 5-8 dozen and pick up before 4:30 am but they are just so rude. I get they cater more to the "senior" crowd but for the younger generation trying to keep them in business, they should be a lot more respectful. Last time I went, the door was locked, I turned to walk away, the lady ran out to rudely say, "it's open" turned and just walked away. I wasn't that far away, holding the door would have been nice. My daughter went a couple weeks ago and was met with 4 chocolate donuts on the shelf.... She's vegan so those were not going to work for her, when asked about other donuts-again the lady was just rude. Best Donuts in Tracy! I have been here many times. My review is only about the donuts, but simply put, these are the best donuts in Tracy. No complaints, always fresh and delicious. Price is reasonable. There is often a line on a Saturday morning, but it moves quickly. When I can, I would always much rather support a local shop then a big restaurant chain and the really great things is the donuts here are better than the chain donut places in town. I usually stick with the classics, but I love to see all their seasonal flavors, specials and truly unique creations! Every time I have gone I have received quick and friendly service. To be fair, the younger girl with the glasses was nice when she boxed up my dozen donuts I was buying for classroom kids, but the lady at the cashier counter is *completely* terrible! CONSISTENTLY BAD ATTITUDE. **** I also need to mention there was a **long line* of customers waiting to pay for their donuts this morning, so I wasn't the only one getting this abysmal treatment. **** I see previous reviews here complaining about her and it is true. You are driving customers away with your terrible attitude. There was an absolute FUROR here a few years ago when the Dunkin Donuts shop opened up right across the way from this joint and a whole local "save the Mom & Pop" shop ensued. Such a nice little spot for a sweet pick me up! I like that they stay open in the evenings. Their donuts are soft and pillowy. Not overly sweet or dense at all. I hate how sweet Krispy Kreme and Dunkin donuts can be. These donuts, are not like that at all. They did open a dunkin in the same plaza though. All the donuts are noticeably fresh, Non-greasy, and perfectly doughy. They have a lot of donuts that are kid favorites such as the cake donut with fruity pebble topping and other kid friendly cereals. My favorite is the Maple donut with REAL fresh cooked chopped bacon crumbles on top...need i say more?
