It was my wife and I first time coming here. The food was amazing. Chilaquiles are the bomb very tasteful, friendly people great atmosphere good drinks. The flights are a must Mango watermelon are very tasty. Definitely coming back...

price is ridiculous!!! $7.98 for extra sauce not telling you there's an up charge! dish was dry and needed more sauce.

The food was delicious. The chili sauce that's put on the omelette is tasty omelette are filled with a lot of meat although they do not put enough sauce, so it was Dry so I requested extra sauce, not knowing that there was up charge $7.98 that's ridiculous !!! Look at receipt and for a can soda $3.50 U think they do that so you won't ask for a refill and just charge you for another can of Coke. Wow!! talk about gouging... If I knew I would have sent my plate back for them to fix it. No complaint about the service. Our waitress was very helpful attentive, although should be trained to talk about up charges on anything on their menu. My other concern is that the plates that they serve on are made of Mexican pottery clay and were very porous I know some clay pottery had a problem with lead poisoning exposure I'm just saying on the other hand the atmosphere is chill and facility is clean located downtown Stockton right by the movie theaters I always like to mention in my Post about the facility and the cleanliness. The bathrooms are also immaculate.

Customer service was alright. For being the only party there eating, the waitress didn't come to check on us. My boyfriend had to get up to ask for a soda at the counter. They served Big portions but the foods wasn't good. I have to take my ceviche home to reason it. They chicken on the molcajete was rubbery, asada was bland, and there were nothing but melted cheese in the mortal. For the price they charged, I wasn't pleased at all. My friends didn't like their plates either.

My friend brought me for the first time and everything was wonderful. The walls were covered in fun art which brings a playful vibe to the place. Our server was great. Answered all my annoying questions since it was my first time. Both of us got the poblano Chilaquiles, which comes with a side of steak (you can have chicken) Absolutely delicious! Looking forward to coming here again.

We came to this place for breakfast and we really enjoyed the food. Our favorite was the chilaquiles poblanos. The Staff is nice but they could use some improvement in the service. Not sure if they were short staffed. Overall an okay experience.

The service was fast despite it being a busy Sunday Morning! There was a lot of people but just enough tables to fit my party; the ambience is casual; they had music playing in the back and you were still able to have a good conversation with the people at your table. It looks crowded but you do have enough space for your table and the food was delicious! I got the Rojo Chilaquiles plate and it did not disappoint;) it was spicy and super good! Definitely recommend you try it!!! My husband had the scrambled eggs with ham; he gave it a 10/10 - The Carne Asada was a bit bland. I love the plates and cups they use for coffee; it makes you feel like your were transported to Mexico Loved our experience here and we will definitely be coming back! :) Estimated price $60 for 2 people (including tip)

Food was delicious! The peppery pablano was exactly made for people who have a big appetite! Also service was quick and they helped us understand everything! We will be definitely coming back

Cute aesthetic restaurant, perfect to celebrate bdays, they are popular for their mimosas containers & specializes on breakfast :) Customer service was good, the restaurant is nice, I had a breakfast molcajete consisted of 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, chilaquiles, chicken and steak for 2,& 2 café de olla and it was $64 plus tip, but everything was tasty. There's street parking right outside with meters. The restaurant is clean.

My go-to spot whenever I'm passing through Stockton. Every visit, the staff has been attentive and welcoming, and the food is consistently on point. This time we ordered the strawberry crepes, which had a light buttery flavor and the perfect texture. They weren't overly sweet on their own, which balanced beautifully with the filling. We also had the bandera chilaquiles with potatoes, eggs, and medium-well meat. The chilaquiles had the perfect crunch, were savory with just the right spice level, and the meat was seasoned perfectly; it paired so well with the dish.

We try to come here at least once a month, and it never disappoints. We've tried several different items on the menu and are always very satisfied!

First time trying this place. Located in downtown Stockton. My friend and I wanted to get some mimosas and we heard this place was good. I ordered the chilaquiles plate with the maximum spicy level and wow it was good! Our mimosa flights were awesome too! We only had one drink and we were already feeling the buzz. Price is a little pricey but well worth it. Service was awesome too, she was very attentive. The place looks hip and modern. Place is much more appealing than the other mimosa place in downtown. A must try!

Walking in, we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. While waiting, they have a little corner area where you could take pictures. There's some chairs, some flowers and a cute little background that says you are pretty. Once we were seated we got our menus and we ordered the flight of mimosas. They were very delicious. Then we placed our order for Chilaquiles. I am very picky about my mole and I ordered the mole Chilaquiles and they were amazing. My friends also really enjoyed their orders of Chilaquiles as well. We were there for a birthday so we let the waitresses know they came out, singing happy birthday to our friend put a hat on her put up the music. It was very entertaining and our friend felt very special and they bring out an ice cream with a little sparkler. I will definitely be returning to this place.

My mom and I found this little gem today. After an appt at Kaiser we were ready to eat. I yelped brunch and this spot appeared. I ate the chilaquiles in green sauce and my mom had the breakfast with pancakes. All delicious... we enjoyed a cafe de la olla... so tasty, no need for sugar or cream. Staff were so polite and helpful. Parking could be difficult because it is downtown but I was with moms and she had a placard, tons of disability spaces. It was busy.. it was also around lunch time. Ambiance was family oriented, so, family eating, laughing and enjoying time together. Will most definitely coming back!

I usually get the BLT sandwich with a side of fruit an an iced tea. Their BLT has to be my favorite because they load it up with bacon! I can't stand when you get a BLT and it lacks bacon, that surely is not the case here. My best friend loves to get their over medium eggs; the yolks are flawless, hash brown with cheese and toast. We started with the mimosa flights. We couldn't decide on flavors, however, Aaliyah picked a variety of flavors for us, so we were covered. The food came out hot! I had the meat lover skillet with eggs over-easy. The eggs were cooked perfect. The warm yolk added to the flavorful meat and smothered potatoes. René had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was juicy and tender. Next time we'll ask for a side of sauce because it's so good that we needed more than provided, at least for us. One thing we noticed was that every customer was happy. Maybe the other customers were regulars there but this was our first time and we were treated like we were regulars. I think it just says something about the attention to customer service. Toward the end of our visit, "B" one of Sheila's daughters, came out to check on us. Again, it was like talking to a long time friend. Well, it turns out Sheila B'Z is a family business - - everyone working was family, including those working the food truck at an event today. I love that. We will totally be back!

One and Done - Disappointing Experience at Midtown Crepes…read more We won't be going back to Midtown Crepes after a truly frustrating experience. The food was disappointing across the board, but what really sealed it was the complete lack of communication from the kitchen. They substituted two different sauces for sausage gravy without telling us -- one of them was a mushroom sauce poured all over my wife's crepe, which she specifically asked to have on the side. She hates mushrooms, and her meal was completely ruined. The "smothered beignets" came drenched in a strange white wine sauce -- again, no warning or explanation. My mother-in-law's crepe had a bunch of extra ingredients that weren't listed on the menu, and it completely threw off the dish and ruined her breakfast as well. The crepes themselves were thick and rubbery, more like tortillas than the thin, delicate crepes you'd expect. We ordered regular beignets as a starter, but they didn't arrive until after the rest of the meals, making them feel like an afterthought. To top it off, my sister-in-law's pancakes were ice cold -- so much so they wouldn't even melt the butter. Service was just as underwhelming. It took our waitress three separate visits to remember lemons for our water. No apologies, no explanations -- just slow and inattentive. There are too many great places to eat in Stockton to waste a meal here. Midtown Crepes seriously missed the mark.
