We had selected a door for a company and he went out of his way to go see them himself to make sure they were good quality! When we switched to a trimless frame halfway through the project, it wasnt even an issue because he had taken such care and precision in his install. There was one small issue that the door manufacturer made and they refused to take responsibility for - and Yulian's integrity shown through - he offered to cover the cost of replacing the door since he didn't notice it on pick up. I was not given the option of paying an extra $80.00 for the same door as the original. They installed a plain flat door instead.
