We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Finn helped us today and was amazing! He was so patient with us and is so knowledgeable. The evaluation for both our feet were shocking and interesting. They do email you the full report, so you can have it for your record. I love that they are not pushy or rushing you to make a decision. They also do price match if it's the same shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't have the shoe size and color on the shoes we wanted. But we did end up getting a pair of insoles that Finn told us about. Hopefully, this will give us more cushion and stability with the shoes we have now. We highly recommend going to this store and seeing Finn if you are needing to find a good pair of running or walking shoes. We will definitely be coming back here again.

I stopped to see what kind of shoe insoles they had to offer since I am dealing with foot and back pain. I was instantly greeted by a young man named Finn. I received excellent customer service and I was really impressed with his product knowledge. I walked out with a pair of inserts for myself and picked up a pair for my husband. This location is in Chino on Central and Philadelphia; next to the 76 gas station at the shopping center. The store was nicely organized and everything was placed nicely. I was looking for the Pro Club T-Shirts and I found them towards the front of the store and they were on Sale.. I asked the staff about the shirts. The staff member that assisted me that day was Carl. He took the time and we were talking about the shirts and the brand. Just really good conversation and made me feel that I was appreciated as a customer. I decided to get the 3 colors of Pro Club t-shirts his size. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Carl was outstanding. My in my personal opinion, I would recommend WSS if you are looking for athletic apparel and get great customer service from the staff. Thank You Carl for your assistance! Nowadays streetwear trends have shifted, blurring the line between casual fashion and high fashion. It's made its way into high fashion, collaborating with major fashion heavyweights like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Vetements, etc. to list a few. Kings to me is what pure streetwear is all about at its core. No bots, no asinine reseller mark-ups, no insane pricetags, no bullshit. Just tried and true streetwear styles from iconic streetwear brands that have withstood the test of time. I'm thankful Kings and others like it still exist (Proper, BAIT, Bowls LA and Union are both kind of). I say kind of because Bowls opens whenever they want and Union definitely has a certain audience in mind with the brands they carry. Anyway, maybe I'm looking back at the history of streetwear with rose-tinted glasses, but there's no denying that the fact that a place like Kings can still thrive despite the fact that a lot of boutiques I used to frequent have either shifted to online exclusively or just shuttered their doors permanently is respectable. The fact that you can still walk into a place like this and get some sick drip without playing bullshit games and waiting for drops or buying bots to cop shit is something I truly appreciate. The staff is cool as always and if anything, their selection has improved over the years and they've definitely stepped up (heh) their shoe game as well. Anyway, my very long drawn out point is that Kings is still king when it comes to finding streetwear locally with an excellent selection. They carry all the brands; new and old. It's like Costco. You definitely aren't walking outta there with just a $5 rotisserie chicken. You're gonna walk outta there with a whole ass wardrobe if you haven't gone shopping in a VERY long time, like me.
