I originally went in requesting quotes on multiple large items and to meet with a designer to help me walk thru my space and suggest items. The sales agent sent a quote to the wrong email address and when I followed up with her after several days she corrected the address and the quote was vague with "adjusted prices". When I followed up with her a second time requesting to have a designer come to my house she informed me no one would be available to come to my house for at least two weeks but that the prices she quoted me were sale prices that were to expire at the end of that day. This was news to me since when I originally walked in I asked if there were any sales and she told me no. She suggested I text her pictures and room dimensions. I did that... she responded saying she was in a meeting that morning and would get back with me. She didn't. The next day I asked if I could come in and meet with her. She said she was home sick but I could meet her assistant that she would set up the appointment. I went in and requested her assistance at which point I was told she doesn't have an assistant but I could meet with the girl she referred to as her assistant. I waited 15 minutes before I was told I would be seeing someone else. When I sat down with him he was very sweet but unfortunately was not very knowledgeable about the products, availability or pricing. I asked to see a designer and I was asked to wait... after another 15 minutes of waiting I left. I ended up calling a sales associate at the RH at the Domain in Austin who was very helpful and sold me several large ticket items over the phone in less than half an hour. I was told to resend the info. She would call me to confirm. So, again I waited. The next day I called to follow up. I was told that the email was received and a response could be expected in a few hours. I NEVER HEARD BACK, no email, no phone call! I deserved some type of response. If they couldn't take it, fine....but let me know. There is no excuse for treating your customer with such disrespect! I'm not inclined to sell or buy from this business again!

The playground for my kids was excellent, allowing my wife and me to focus on selecting the right couch for our new house. The entire sales team was very helpful and friendly, assisting us in choosing the right couch and mattress for our daughter. The delivery team was in and out of our house very quickly and efficiently; they were on time and very professional. Overall, my experience was a 5out of 5 I was very happy with my purchase and the experience was amazing. I have no complaints. Everything was positive, and I'm satisfied.

The sales woman was nice but asked me to bring in the giant mirror 79 inches by 33 inches myself. I said I could not that it was to big she then asked me to pull my car up and she would help me. I got my car and pulled up to the door area, left my flashers on and waited inside for a staff member for several minutes which seemed like a long time especially when my car was illegally parked outside. The process was annoying when I was sold a damaged item. I was a frustrated with the whole thing. Again staff was really nice but all in all I decided ultimately for a refund due to the cheaply made mirror frame and waiting.

The worst part of La Cantera is that half of the people who go here seem like they are on their first week on Earth and do not know what they are doing. I love people who walk four in a row and block entire walkways, or people who stop randomly in the middle of the path to look at something. You make my life so miserable. Parking is also pretty insane if you are trying to park up close, but if you have patience, anything is possible. Be careful of the reckless drivers who have no courtesy for anything but themselves. The layout of the mall is pretty nice. Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom Rack have some higher price tag shops surrounding them, while Dillard's and Macy's have more affordable stores nearby. Across the street from the main hub is additional shopping with Zara, J.Crew, J.Jill, Free People, H&M, and most of the dining options, including Perry's, Grimaldi's, Yard House, Palenque Grill, Cheesecake Factory, and more. When the weather is nice and it is not scorching hot, The Shops are a great place to visit in San Antonio. Unlike a traditional enclosed mall, La Cantera is an open-air shopping center where you're strolling from store to store in the Texas sunshine. Considering we've had what feels like a month of nonstop rain, I was thrilled that Mother Nature finally gave us a bright, sunny day. While the rain has been good for the lawn and plants, I am definitely ready for it to stop. We started near Nordstrom and leisurely made our way toward Zara, popping in and out of stores along the way. One of my favorite parts of shopping is discovering what's new. I was pleasantly surprised to see several stores that had opened since my last visit. Exploring those new spaces made the trip even more enjoyable. You can find a variety of price points at this mall, making it appealing to a broad range of folks. By the end of the day, my brother scored a few stylish pieces from Zara Men, while I somehow managed to leave empty-handed. Surprisingly, I didn't mind one bit. The best purchase of the day wasn't something that fit in a shopping bag...it was quality time spent catching up, sharing plenty of laughs, and enjoying a leisurely afternoon of shop surfing with my favorite shopping buddy...my big brother.
