The food very good and the view from the dinning area was awesome. It gets busy during lunch time but it's nothing you can't handle.

Deli sandwiches were delish and quite reasonably priced for park fare. Compared to the other park gas station we went to this was AMAZING

We pulled up around 5pm and while it was busy (it always is) we found an indoor table against the glass with that incredible view. Starving we both ordered 12" pizzas. I stacked veggies on a NO CHEESE pizza and my hubby got the Static Peak, both with iced teas. The pizza was INCREDIBLE! The crust is delicious and fresh, so good! My veggie pizza was packed with fresh veggies and my hubby loved his Static Peak pizza too. We enjoyed taking our time and enjoying the view of the Tetons. After we were done we walked down to the water and watched the float trips go by and enjoyed the sound of the water. We loved our time and the view so much we returned for our very last night in Jackson Hole. This time we arrived closer to 6pm and the line was out the door. It moved so fast and we found a table for two on the roof this time. That view just cannot be beat. We sipped our iced teas, enjoyed our pizzas and soaked in the view - I got the Static Peak with no cheese this time and it was my favorite. EXTRA THOUGHTS *the 7" pizzas are NOT on their original crust, they come on thin crust. GET THE 12" for the original crust, it is incredible. *the staff isn't super friendly. The bartender was frustrated with a server and kept rolling his eyes. He huffed a little and made each person at the bar wait to order while he did menial things around the bar. When he finally helped get drinks (any drink you order with your food has to be fulfilled by the bartender) he was irritated and short. We offered grace, everyone has a bad day. *as other reviews have noted, the other staff aren't super friendly. Each of our two visits the person taking our order and the person delivering it were short and appeared to be frustrated to be working. It didn't changed our experience as we only interacted with them at order and delivery.

I have been past this establishment many times have never been until today. When I walked in the store was clean and bright but nobody greeted me. There were prices for such items as coffees and sandwiches but I did not see any prices for pastries and the labels detailing what the pastries are were faded and illegible. I was extremely surprised that a single bread roll costs $4 like I understand this is Jackson but that is just robbery. My pastry was also dry and there was nothing special about it. Even at the cash register nobody asked me how my day was going they just said "is that it? We were in Jackson for 4 days and we found ourselves in The Bread Basket 3 times. It's a Mexican bakery and we tried just about everything in the cases. We bought a bunch to take home with us and share too. Everything was so delicious. My favorite was the flakey pastry with spiced apple filling. They don't skimp on the filling! It was perfect. We also brought home a bunch of tamales, oh my gosh, they are sooo good try the Salsa Verde con Pollo. Spicy deliciousness. Because everything in the national parks were closed, if you're going to be in the park all day you must bring your own food. We ordered their sandwiches for one of our Yellowstone trips. (BTW Yellowstone was virtually empty of people, see my review for Yellowstone for more info). The sandwiches were gourmet wonderful. I ordered the turkey with pesto, brie and dried cranberries on a fresh ciabatta type bread. Perfect. The staff is friendly, the shop is clean.

Flat white was ok but they use dark roast (at 99% of coffee shops they use a medium roast)for all of their espresso drinks and I personally do not like my coffee tasting burnt. 1/5 Cinnamon brioche bun was decent. Most of the time they're referred to as a morning bun and they have hints of orange. 3/5 Now for the beans that I bought. I got home and opened them to see that they were very shiny (that means that they are a darker roast because the natural oils come out of the beans the longer you roast them). They are marked as a light roast and they are far from it. The roast date isn't on them either and that should have been my red flag. 0/5 Below is the Ethiopia light roast from SRRC next to the CC Java Estate that I just bought, for reference.
