If you are a parent like I am, who wants you kids to be seen by experts who also treat your kids with respect and care, this is your new dentist/orthodontist. When we moved to Westchester from the city about 8+ years ago we went to three different dentists to have our kids teeth cleaned. In each instance the dentist was fine, not terrific, their bedside manner was ambivalent at best, and they pretty much treated my kids as cogs on an assembly line. It got so bad that my youngest would get ill before going to the dentist. When my youngest had to have a tooth filled and the (FORMER) dentist brought out physical restraints for the procedure, I knew we were in the wrong hands. A generous neighbor recommended Valley and we never looked back. Both kids have seen dentists and orthodontists at the practice and their treatment is bar none. The kids have had braces and cleanings and fluoride treatments and fillings and go in with the same big smiles as when they walk out. The office staff are equally impressive and so generous with their time and support. When you walk in the door you are treated like family. When you call, you are treated like a person. No complicated phone systems or medical runarounds like so many other medical groups these days. Just smart people who care about what they do and actually like their patients. He went into long detail about the time frames for both reimbursements, and which would be bigger. Despite that, he asked me to pay in full ahead of time. I had to repeatedly nag them to actually submit for insurance. When they finally did months later, both dental and medical denied the claims, saying he was not in network for the procedure he performed. While I don't know for sure, I suspect that the office knew that ahead of time, given that they 1) asked me to pay in full in advance, and 2) didn't bother submitting for insurance until I repeatedly nagged them to do so.

He uses modern technology, the whole process is smooth and quick, but he still takes his time with you. He actually calls you himself to see how you're doing and if you have any questions. What doctor does THAT in this day?? The staff is great, so helpful and you can tell they love working here. I would highly recommend Dr. Gupta as a TOP orthodontist for adults and kiddos.

I had surgery with Dr, Levin on Sept 9th 2024. Prior to the surgery I had a consult where I…read morementioned I had dry eyes from Lasik and was concerned If this surgery would make it worse. Dr Levin told me this surgery would not worsen my dry eye as it is not a common side effect of a lower bleph. She did not examine the insides of eyes at all. I had another visit right before the surgery and mentioned the dry eye again she told me It would not worsen from the surgery. The morning of the surgery I said to Dr, Levin please be careful of my glands... Dr Levin replied and what glands? this should have been a red flag for me. Since the surgery, my dry eye is so severe that I am now homebound leave the house and cannot take care of my kids. My glands have completely shut down. I also don't make many tears so I absolutely nothing coating my eyes when I blink. Every blink feels like sand paper and glue. I feel a constant rubbing in my right eye when I blink. I'm told it's scar tissue. I have had 10 IPL's, punctal cautery surgery four times and probing. I've spent over 15k on treatments since this surgery to improve the dry eye. I sleep with plastic wrap over my face and an eye mask. My eyes still dry out and need drops all through the night. I have tried every eye drop available, but nothing has worked. My doctors tell me this is a result of the surgery and it's very common. Dr Levin said none of this is from her surgery and she is not a dry eye doctor. I have been left to figure this out myself. This surgery has destroyed my life. My under eyes look awful as well like nothing was done or worse. I have to wear moisture chamber glasses 24/7. Every doctor that seems me can't believe I had a lower blepharoplasty because of how awful it looks. I am writing this to warn others and hopefully prevent someone else from suffering the way I have. Please don't ever have this surgery If you have dry eyes and or go to a doctor who will examine the health of your eyes. I'm a mom of 5 boys who are my world. I regret ever having this surgery has it's destroyed all our lives. And had Botox with the doctor and she became very defensive and accusatory when I went back asking for a bit more on one side to correct a spock brow she had caused. I had been getting Botox for years at that point and most injectors want you to come back and see if they need to make little tweaks. Not her. She acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was insulting her skills. Just ridiculous mean girl behavior from the whole staff. In an area teaming with plastic surgeons you can definitely do better than this practice.

She's kind, attentive and a little sassy which we find perfect to offset the tension of these visits which if we're honest no one looks forward to! The staff are friendly and welcoming and he wait times are rarely more than a few minutes. Oh and they have a radiologist in the next office that does mammograms, ultrasound and bone density tests! I made this account just to write this review. I have had a fine experience here for over 15…read moreyears. Until they changed the BC I was on, and it stopped my period. I called in September to report it, and was given an appointment in May. Took time off of work, scheduled other things around it, NEVER COMPLAINED. Then two days before, after confirming it, they canceled because the doctor is doing a c-section. They can reschedule for September 2026. Come to find out the fact my period STOPPED didn't give anyone enough pause to mark the appointment as over an issue, it was coded as general, and of course I was wrong because that's what they have in their computer. They suggested other days with genuine conflicts, because I had been keeping my appointment day open. I was accused of being uncooperative, immediately suggested a date, and gee, it was booked. So my concern had been ignored, appointment cancelled with two days notice (because they're not working weekends and holidays for them to count), told I was being uncooperative for having other things going on in my own life, and then told maybe I could find a new doctor, so I guess 15+ years doesn't mean much to them.
