Been going to Dore Nail Spa for about five years. Have always had a good experience and outcome until this weekend. A weekend celebrating a milestone birthday with family gathering from around the country. It was important to feel and look my best. My nails were done Friday. Saturday one nail cracked. Today a second nail cracked. Until now I have had hard gel nails. My regular nail tech was on vacation and the new nail tech said trust me, we'll do SNS, you'll love it. (I was going to soak off the hard gel and just do gel polish. I should have listened to my intuition.) Bottom line, the SNS is a disaster and for the money paid for SNS, I am beyond angry. I'll be at the shop first thing tomorrow. I'm not one to post reviews like this but it feels important to point out epic fails such as this so the salon can evaluate their processes to better customer service and outcomes. Went to get a nail repaired. The technician was Katie. She was rude the minute I sat down. She refused to help me find the correct color and put one coat of the color on my nail and walked off we I told her this does not match. She has a attitude and seemed very aggressive and aggravated. She wanted to charge me and would not correct the nail color. Poor customer service. Star away from her. read more

I've been going to adore Nail spa for over 18 years. Great family owned business! I can always rely on Dianne to do my nails perfectly every time never been disappointed. Her sisters do a fabulous job with my pedicures and manicures. This past year I started doing SNs and acrylic with SNs. Love what they do! Dianne also does the best facial ever. You must try! When I travel out of town it's not even worth trying somewhere else when you get the best in sandy springs. This summer I'll book the whole place for my sisters, mother and bridesmaids. read more

If I could give this salon a negative zero, I would. STAY AWAY from this salon. While having a pedicure, I was cut very badly by the nail technician. She clearly was not skilled at performing a pedicure and while attempting to remove an ingrown nail, she cut my toe which bleed for twenty minutes. I was in pain at the time and continue to be in pain. She attempted to stop the bleeding and provide antibiotic ointment, however, she should not have cute my toe and I am now very concerned about an infection. I did not receive an apology and was charged full price. No sorry, not a word. The salon owner or manager should have attempted to remedy the problem. NOTHING. This salon will receive any medical bills I accrue if I do get an infection due to their poor technique and subpar nail skills. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! read more

Ask for Jang for your nails and June for your pedicure! June takes her time and pays attention to detail when it comes to your pedicure. Jang can do literally any design/ style you want to your nail. They are super friendly and I promise you will leave happy. Only ones I allow to touch my hands/ feet. read more

Well I moved to area and was looking for a new nail place. The service privider at first said acrylic was $30 for full set and when I went to front they chargef $35 because filling a certain way $5 extra which wasn't told to me. Anyway after only 6 days I lost at least 9 nails so I requested a redo she charged me 20% off the full set. Mind you I have never ever in 30 years lost all my nails in 7 days. I always return for refill in 3 weeks. Now it's only been ten days and they're peeling off. The service was good at first but not so much later on.the second time my nails were rushed they were thicker too and looked pretty gross. I would post pics here if I could . Terrible experience my nails were done good but before any product was put on my nails I complained to my nail tech that I had ingrown nails that hurt and if she would remove them she said she would have to upgrade my service package I told her it was fine then she kept smacking her teeth and saying she had to let my soak feet to remove the ingrowns I told her it was fine she never turned on the water she continued my service and never removed my ingrowns and that is solely the main reason why I went into the salon instead of doing my toes at home bc I don't have the materials to remove in growns. Not sure why they have such a low rating but this was my second visit and I have to say I actually like this place more than most of the spas in Sandy Springs. They're very friendly they seem very clean and they did an excellent job twice now. Give them a shot! read more

My friend and i came in for a full set appointment. Diane was great when it came to service and taking care of us, but the price was 100% not worth it. Very disappointed i feel like i just got robbed getting my nails done. I normally go to Glamour Nail spa and i would 100% recommend trying them instead. i paid 3 dollars short of $100 for my nails. I got chrome acrylic full set. Way over priced. Was charged gel nail ($15) for 2 nails. a bit absurd as well. read more

The nail Technician SARAH was the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever experienced. She cut and shaped my naturally long nails wrong, so I asked to cut them shorter because they were ruined and ugly. Because my nails were now short I wanted to change colors. She started yelling in Korean and walked away from me with no explanation what so ever. I had no idea why. I did not even complain that my nails looked a mess, after HER MESS UP. The manager had to come over and finish my nails but at that point the disrespect was so unreal I wanted to walk out! I DO NOT recommend going here if you are looking for good customer service! This place up charged me for a manicure. They said a gel manicure was $15 and then charged me $27 because Nina cut my cuticles. Which makes no sense because that's what's supposed to come with a manicure. Bad service , she also got nail polish all over my nails too. After the rebranding and renovation I thought I should give the salon a second chance. I WAS WRONG! My gel manicure has weird holes in the top coat and has rubbed off into a gritty matte texture. It took 3 hours ! The massage was clear that they didn't even wanna do it, I got a treatment added and it came in these tiny packets where one packet would have covered both of my legs. I'm very underwhelmed with any treatment there. I asked to Pay in advance and she refMy price was $70 and I left a $15 dollar tip for both ladies but I would definitely not return!
