We have been to this place multiple times but last night it was not good. The service was just okay and they were not busy. the food was not good. The chips tasted as if they had been wet and then dried out and stale. The meat in our tacos was mushy and flavorless. Prices have gone up so much everywhere and I understand the reason behind that but if I'm going to pay inflated prices, I expect the service and food to match that price. read more

I love their food, one of my favorite places in town to eat at. Their service is good, could use a little polishing up for the prices, but the food more than makes up for it IMO. Get the queso bowl, add some carnitas to it, and let it sweep you off your feet. read more

I wasn't sure what to expect going here for the first time after seeing some of these reviews but I thought everything was great. We went for a weekend lunch and it was very busy when we arrived, multiple large parties had arrived right before us, but service was really fast and the employees very friendly and attentive even with the rush they were dealing with. I thought the chips and salsa were good. To me the salsa was very flavorful and the chips were fresh. I had a taco salad with grilled chicken and it had a good serving of chicken and guacamole. I appreciated that it wasn't greasy. My family was very happy with their meals as well. I'll definitely be back. So glad to have a great addition to BA! read more

Stopped in for first time today. Started with chips and queso which were both very good. Tried the margarita flight and loved the mango. I had the enchiladas Del Mar which had great flavor and shrimp was fresh and tasty. My wife had the Bandidos style tacos which were awesome. Rice and beans were also exceptional. They charged $3 for a to-go 8 ounce ice tea. When I told them this wasn't a good value, they did nothing about it. Some restaurants would have done the right thing and taken it off the ticket. They also gave me a sweet tea when I asked for an unsweet. Food is edible and seems free from rat droppings. Probably could pass a basic health inspection. read more

Worst experience ever! The food is absolutely awful. It is not at all authentic, and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the enchiladas and only ate half one of, and none of the rice or beans. The $12 drink I bought tasted as if it had no alcohol at all. The service was AWFUL and the waiters were betting on who can have 10 drink orders first while trying to beg the customers to buy some. Awful food! Everything was bad. Chips, salsa, main dishes and even the water tasted dirty as though it was from the tap. We sent one dish back it was so inedible. Prices on our tickets were wrong compared to the prices on the menu. I'm surprised people have given such good reviews bc it was awful. read more

Went on a Tuesday evening around 6:30 and it seemed there wasn't enough staff to serve the packed restaurant. It took a while to have someone greet and seat us. Then we waited a bit before we were served chips and salsa and approached by wait staff for menus and drink orders. We ordered two taco salads each with different meat and it took a while for our food. When our food was finally served, the order was wrong as both salads were the same with one missing the cheese. The server asked if everything looked ok and we said one salad was supposed to have fajita chicken. He tried very hard to convince us that one was chicken when they were both clearly shredded beef! After he tried swapping them across the table and telling us each one was chicken, he finally asked if we wanted him to take it back and fix it as if it were our mistake. The food wasn't Very good. We never got drink refills and getting our check took a while. We were charged incorrectly and had to wait longer for corrected ticket. Long story short, service was terrible and the food was nothing spectacular. We won't return. read more

I have lived here for almost a year now. The last two times I have been here, the service has been horrible. Tonight was the final straw. We walked in the door and literally observed two servers argue about who wasn't going to take our table. The young lady came over and immediately got the drink order wrong. The music was so loud she couldn't hear. Then when the food came it was wrong. My daughter and son in law ordered Mexican Fries and no sour cream. It came out with sour cream. They ordered the Tres Bandidos as an appetizer which is guacamole, Mexican Corn, and Queso. We were out of chips and once the order came to the table, she simply didn't refill the chips. I asked twice for the chips. The waitress came back over and asked if we needed anything. My daughter was out of her drink, my son in law was also out of his drink. She came back over with the drink for my son in law. Then she asked if we needed anything else. My daughter finally said, yes we need plates, we need silverware, and we need refills, and napkins. It was as if she wasn't really wanting to wait on us. I haven't complained to them nor to anyone but tonight was absurd. The whole time we wait on the food, and are out of chips, there are three managers or wait staff that are standing there looking at us while we look at them as we need the chips refilled. After my daughter said yes we need these things, the waitress returns and was rude stating, now do you have everything you need? That was the last time we seen her. The waiter finally shows up because they want the check paid and asked how we wanted the check, split it or all together? My daughter told him what they had and I had the rest. He brings three checks. Theirs and splits mine into two separate checks. He stands there and waits on us. I get the money out and I should have counted better because I still owed him 20 cents. My bad. He comes back over and said Ma'am I need 20 cents. I said yes of course and I said I also need copies of the receipts. He again demands the 20 cents as I am laying it in the table. He stated this 3 times as if I wasn't going to give him the change and I literally had it in my hand when he walked up??? I get home and look at the prices and was overcharged. I think maybe it they really aren't that into serving people. I am going to complain to the Broken Arrow Chamber as well as the Better Business Bureau. I am pretty sure Broken Arrow would rather have a place who really wishes to serve the public and have a little integrity while running a place of business. One star because it won't let me post it without selecting one, no tip, and no return! read more
