    Chicken Fajitas
    Melissa H.

We were seated right away on a Friday. My husband ordered the enchiladas Mexicanas which was super good. I am going to order that next time. I had the combo fajitas. The chicken and beef was tender and not over cooked the green peppers and onions were not soggy. There were bits that were on the burner a bit longer or it would have been 5 stars. In their defense it was left on a skillet. The tomato was not visible because it was cooked to long. In result, we will eat there again and try more menu items. I will recommend to others. Update: The next time I went with my daughter. She had the chicken taco salad and I had the burrito special. We both ordered margaritas. Everything was great. The manager came by to check on us.

For some tasty Mexican fare in Coweta, visit Señor Salsa's. Starting off with a trio of salsas: they bring two red salsas which are quiet similar to the table with chips. I had been informed of a really good hot salsa which I asked for. It's green and much spicier than the other two and was my favorite of the three. We also ordered the medium bowl of queso ($4.50) which was great as an appetizer and with our entrees. A mini pitcher of margarita is $9.75 and filled each of our glasses twice, which is a great deal in my opinion. They didn't overload it with sweet and sour, and I thought they were nicely balanced in flavor. The Chile rellanos have white cheese inside and you can either have chicken, fajita beef or queso on top. The beef was good and I would order it again unless I opted to try something new. The carnitas dinner was delicious as well - the pork was tender and had great flavor to it. I would recommend this as a great dish as well. If you live in the area or are just passing through, Señor Salsa's is a great choice for lunch or dinner.

Pretty solid Mexican cuisine. I've ate at several of these in the area and they are consistently good.

Good service. Average food at best. Didn't like the loose ground beef that was put on top of the cheese enchiladas..

After a quick recent Yelp search this place kept popping up as number 1 in the area so I broke down and tried the restaurant again. It was nearly a completely different experience! The pita bread is probably the best I've ever had. The portion size has much improved. The mix & match plate options are more balanced. I love I can order a LARGE tabouli salad! The garlicky potatoes have always been delightful. They packed all of the things I paid for and curbside was literally instant. I WILL return many times if this restaurant keeps up these new changes. I suspect the restaurant is under new management or something.

We sat at the bar and ordered Old Fashions. It was Happy Hour and drinks were $8 instead of $10. The Old Fashions were good. The other drinks on the menu seemed to appeal to a younger crowd, but they have a full service bar. We aren't limited to what's on their menu. Nevertheless, I decided to try the pineappletini. It sounded good. I love pineapple and martinis. It was way too sweet for me. We ordered an eggplant dip that came with unusually delicious pita bread. They bring you pita bread no matter what you order. We also got chips with the dip. We loved the dip. The atmosphere was busy. They had a large crowds of people socializing. There's a garden area where people who like quiet dining can go when the weather is nice. Dan sent a text to management asking about sodium levels in their food and explained that he had to limit his sodium intake for medical reasons. They responded by saying they can't give him that information. I was happy to notice there wasn't a charge for paying with our credit card. We will be back.

Our waitress Dakota brought out water for us shortly after sitting down and gave us a quick summary of their seasonal menu items and a few drink suggestions. We started with a relish board and both of their seasonal lemonades. The relish board was good and had some very unique items like pickled berries that were tasty and had notes of cinnamon. The mushrooms were fresh and the meat options were also good. The relish board also came with fry bread and 2 dips which really stole the show! The fry bread and dips were incredible! I ordered the coffee crusted bison that was cooked perfectly and very tender. The white bean puree tasted just like mashed potatoes but with so much more flavor. Everything was seasoned perfectly but i felt the squash could have been cooked a little bit longer as they were a bit tough. The filet we ordered medium well came out medium rare but tasted good. Overall, our waitress Dakota was very accommodating, answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was unique, fresh, and authentic with native options that i never would have imagined and the presentation was perfect.

We made a reservation as we were a party of 7, I don't think reservations were needed. The service was lovely and attentive. We tried a variety of items, the fry bread with different sauces loved all 3 of them. I can't pick which is better the white bean hummus, the honey or the raspberry, so yummy. The duck deviled eggs were excellent and creamy. I really enjoyed my trout and the black rice. My husband thought his bison was a little salty. I thought the French fries were also a bit salty. Overall, you will enjoy every bite.
