I don't know what to say. It's hot or miss lately. Order street tacos and you get yummy grilled tortillas and lots of meat. Next time raw cold corn tortillas and scanty filling (they aren't cheap) sopes are ok. But street tacos depend on the cook. I couldn't talk to my waiter or get a refill. Had to ask for silverware twice. I asked for flour tortillas so I could move my topping of my taco to something besides a limp cold corn tortilla and never got them. Just sent it back finally. Fish was delicious. Kid waiting on was sweet but not sure if he didn't understand me or if something else was going on. My son always gets whole fish. Always good. Fries under cooked today but he didn't care because he got full on the fish. I wish consistency was better because the boy always wants to come for the fish. Tres leche is good. Flan is not (very grainy texture. Not smooth) so I do recommend dessert but only tres leche. Cheese cake definitely not homemade so Didnt try that. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! The queso flameado was literately shredded cheese with a tiny bit of chorizo and a big pile of grease, I was not warned that this cheese would be like this! When we asked the lady to take it off the ticket because we didn't eat it due to all the grease you see in the picture, she gave us a lesson that this is how it was supposed to be, with a lot of grease. No thank you, I would rather not die of a clogged artery after eating this cheese. In the end, she didn't remove it from our bill. You can see in the picture we hardly touched that cheese and all the grease is floating around. The food was not great at all, lacked flavor. I have had better Mexican food elsewhere, I wouldn't even call this food Mexican food! The kids meal was very little food, for the price they charge, the portions are very small. Beware, they also charge you the credit card fee they should be paying, that's unethical that they are charging this fee back to the customer. All in all, I would not recommend this restaurant to NO ONE! Food is decent however don't buy there desserts! I did and they keep them in the little drink frig and it tasted horrible!! They had other food in the frig and it totally contaminated my over priced cheesecake that I was so much craving lol. Oh and they do charge for refills on drinks which I wasn't aware. Little place with big flavor. Took my son on a week night. Hadn't looked at many reviews. Small place inside but service was great. Young man waiting on us was very polite and attentive. I ordered enchiladas with red sauce. He stopped writing to warn me it was very spicy. I assured him it was ok. Lol. My son loved his carnitas with fresh tortillas. My meal was good too. This is my new go to favorite taqueria period. I've been looking forever to find a taqueria that reminds me of the homemade freshness of the types of burritos that are common to Chicago since moving here. I've found some good ones, that's for sure but nothing that really reminded my of the great Al Pastor burritos back home. My son and I have been sampling every taqueria within 1/2 hour of home to find our favorite and I can say that we have officially found it with Dos Hermanos. The Al Pastor is perfect. Just perfect. The burritos? Wow! When people think they know what a giant burrito is, they still would be shocked at this one. Filled with wonderful fresh made ingredients, and they do one of my favorite things common Chicago burritos. NO RICE in it. Rice is a crutch to absorb the sloppiness on poorly made soggy burritos and it's a cheap filler that reduces the amount of meat in a burrito. These don't need rice! And the tortilla? Superb. They crisp it up so perfectly on the grill so when you get it it has a nice crunch and doesn't get soggy from the meat's juices. We had the Asada and the Al Pastor. Both were wonderful. Add some fresh avocado to complement the meat. The other thing we had were the Sopes. Wow. Wow. The homemade tortilla that serves as the base is so delicious that you'd think it was a corn version of a strawberry shortcake tart. It's baked and fried and then topped. The pictures you see on Yelp are exactly what ours looked like and my are these things wonderful. And lastly, the sauces and salsas. There were 5 types. They bring them all to you so you can enjoy them all with your chips and meal. Most places like to skimp on those, but not here. They bring you your own cleaned fresh bottle so your not sharing it with the party before you and they are so good. The green ones are great. But then the red spicy versions were wonderful too. I'm glad we came here. I'm glad I found my new go to burrito joint. read more

This may very well be the best Mexican restaurant in Fort Worth. I spent my childhood in northern Mexico so I am naturally very demanding when it comes to Mexican food. Firstly, this ain't Tex Mex. This is legit authentic and traditional Mexican comfort food. They even serve menudo on the weekends and though I haven't tried I will have to come back just to do so. I ordered two breakfast burritos for lunch. The fact the sweet lady (owner?) said breakfast wouldn't be an issue during lunch just won me over from the start. I'm a sucker for breakfast foods. I ordered the huevos con nopales for one burrito and the machacado for the other. Best five bucks (total! ) you could ever spend for a yummy lunch that reminds you of your childhood. At least an ounce and a half ounces of juice/water leaked out of the bottle of the foil wrapper. I've not seen that before. Threw the las third of it away because it was too soggy.
