Made it extremely difficult to obtain a refund or any approach to rectify after photos and receipts they requested. Didn't even follow up with case filed. Horrible FOOD, visibly old and dated. Never again, run! Oh yea, still waiting on Chow Now.. had me holding on the phone for over 30 minutes. Called back the next day and they stated the meal was not refunded. The food here is great, way better than Chipotle, but when they first opened, the service was good and the serving sizes were amazing! Over time, they've become very inconsistent with serving sizes, one visit is awesome -- overflowing spoonfuls of ingredients, the bowls were jam-packed and I could easily get two meals out of one bowl -- and the next visit it was half spoonfuls of everything and my bowl was literally only half-filled. And when you get delivery, they really rip you off with the portion sizes, so I'd avoid that if possible. We gave it up for a few months and tried again tonight and I was the most disappointed I've been with my meal. I feel like there's maybe a heaping tablespoon of chicken in my bowl -- really? I really love this place, but it's just not worth the money anymore. read more

Nice online ordering system. Fair pricing. The restaurant is very clean and open. Service was friendly. My to go order was made very quickly. I had a chicken burrito with pico de gallo, rice, black beans, cheese, and corn salsa. It was yummy! Only negative was too much rice that I could barely taste the meat. Immediately upon walking through the doors of this establishment I was greeted by staff. So refreshing. This was my first time here and the food looked and tasted very fresh. Their cheap on everything else, tiny scoop of meat, 5 pieces of veggies, spoon of corn and couple pieces of lettuce. 1st time trying and not a fan. I came here because Chipotle service has been lacking and someone recommended this place. Seriously, I should have just gone to Chipotle and let them disappoint me, at least the food is good. It really baffles me that people think a handful of shredded lettuce is a salad, it's a taco topping like what the heck. Meanwhile it's also the cheapest ingredient. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this isn't where you'll find it. If you're looking for delicious food similar to chipotle but better, this is the place to go. I am not sure what happened to this place but it has gone down hill quickly. Our last two visits have not been good. Ice cold barbacoa meat on my burrito and undercooked rice that nearly broke our teeth, it physically hurt my teeth when I chewed. It's too bad this has happened, my family loved this place but our past two visits have been complete failures. We ordered take out this last visit and had to throw away $30 worth of inedible food because the undercooked rice and when we tried calling to complain nobody answered the phone at 6:30pm so they were definitely open just not answering the phone. Ordering online was super easy to navigate. Going inside to pick up was easy. It smelled great inside and was clean. The guy behind the counter was working on a few orders and still was very nice. I waited for a short time and got it home hot. The spicy salsa is actually spicy which was great! Beware, the lids DO NOT stay on. Had absolutely no flavor. The barbacoa smells like dog food. The best way to describe the food is like if you had covid and could barely taste, that is what it tastes like. We spent $40 on 2 bowls and nachos (the nachos are not nachos, its a bag of chips with a separate bowl of toppings) and ate barely any of it.
