I immediately asked to stop the exam. Dr. Paul Yew offered to do the cleaning himself, but I declined since the equipment itself did not seem suitable for children. When I went back to the office to question the discrepancy, the staff said the charge was for X-rays. I explained that this was unfair because I was explicitly told there were no charges at the time of the visit.
