These are some of the best we've tasted, and I'll boldly say, some of the best donuts in the Eastvale/ Chino Hills area. The dough itself is nice and light, and slightly savory, making for the perfect balance with the sweetness of the glazes/ fillings. We often (always, really) order the classic filled Belgian chocolate donut, the cookies and cream donut, and the chocolate mochi donut. And when we're feeling and adventurous, we go for the hot Cheeto mochi donut. Although it sounds like an insane flavor, it's also insanely delicious! And don't underestimate their drinks either! The milk teas and particularly, their jasmine green tea is delicious! Best of all, they have milk alternatives. However, it is a bit pricey and they don't allow you to customize the sugar level on the drinks. But, I'm more that satisfied with an unsweetened iced jasmine green tea to pair with my donut. As for the cafe/ shop itself, it's clean, spacious, and has pink walls. Could you ask for more? The gold colored chairs and blue sofa are the cherry on top of this cute contemporary cafe. They have plenty of outlets as well, so if you're looking for a space to work, this is the perfect spot. Lastly, they have great customer service! Out of all of the times we've visited, I can't recall a bad customer service encounter. We've also had the chance to meet the owners and you can feel the excitement and pride they have for their store. This is a very cute upscale donut spot. The ambiance is very bright and uplifting. The service was just as great. We tried the a Passion Fruit drink with Boba, a Milk Tea, and a Latte. All the drinks tasted good. We also tried a few different donuts like the Carmel Macciato Mochi Donut, the double chocolate donut, Vanilla Masalada, and Belgium Masalada. My family enjoyed them, but thought there was a little too much filling and less donut. Overall, this is place is wonderful. This place used to be really good when it first opened. However, as time went on, they got worse and worse. When they first opened, they had the Strawberry Mochi filled donut. However, they do NOT serve these anymore. Additionally, when we used to go there when they first opened, we would ask for a cup of water and they would give it to us. Now, they would not do that. Instead we were offered to pay for a bottled water. Is a cup of water too much to ask for when I am already paying $3.99 for one donut already- we bought 5 donuts! It isn't like they are breaking the bank by giving a cup of water to wash down those nasty donuts. The donuts were not fresh. I ordered a vanilla filled donut. It was COLD in the middle and there was a hard ball like substance- it was disgusting. They never used to be like this when they first opened. They used to be fresh and tasty! And lastly, the customer service was subpar. I hate giving bad reviews, but I won't be coming here again. I would rather go to another sister location since this place is a franchise. Update: I appreciate the reply by the business owner, but if you look closely, they say the same canned response to every negative review. First time trying mochi donut and I can see why it's so loved. Yummy and doesn't feel heavy and it's still pretty good as leftovers. We got the classic, taro, strawberry, milk and cereal, the homer, and the chocolate with chocolate chips on them. For a dozen of the mochis came out to be around $33. Family favorite is the homer, taro, and strawberry. Don't think I'll get the other flavors for myself next time, and the classic sugar one left a strange residue feeling in my mouth but husband said he didn't know what I was talking about so maybe it's just me. Im hoping to try the matcha and hot Cheetos one next time if they have it and the filled donut ones but those had a wait time when we went. Best donut place I've tried so far! They have a lot of selections and make their donut fresh. The atmosphere is super cute and relaxing. They are located in a plaza with a lot of parking spaces. Nope. I won't be returning. I ordered brown sugar milk, a hot vanilla latte and 2 donuts. The brown sugar milk was so sweet and this was my fault to think that it was milk tea, but it was just milk. The boba wasn't chewy, slightly firm like it was under cooked. The latte was a joke. It was a shot of espresso, a dash of milk and all foam, that's a cappuccino, not a latte. The cup was barely 1/2 full. It wasn't even sweetened enough to taste the vanilla. My kids said "mom it didn't taste fresh, it was kinda stale. It's not very good, we don't need to come back." Just the ones in the front. Which was fine, I can just order a boba drink, no problem. We ordered 1 MANGO Boba drink for our kids to share, paid, and sat down. Everything was great. Another family behind us asked some questions and then was brought out a set of sugar donuts FROM THE BACK - I thought, hmmm weird, i asked if there were any donuts in the back, but then just brushed it off. They ordered the remaining of the donuts that looked quite old and dry, including 2 drinks. They got their donuts and sat down. **We're still waiting for our 1 drink** A 3rd family comes, asks questions, orders and sat down. 2nd Family receives their 2 drinks first - order is complete. My husband at this point is a little antsy. We should've received our 1 drink first. Nope. 4th Family comes orders something. **We're still waiting** Husband goes up and asks when our drink will be ready. The young girl who took our order looks at him and say's "it's busy right now, so............. " of some sort - and says nothing else and starts trying to take orders again!!! Of course, my husband gets upset and says he wants a refund. She says she will have to call her manager to cancel and issue a refund. He says Yes, please call him. She then leaves the counter, goes into the back calls her manager, comes back after a few mins, and says she needs for us to wait 20mins until they can call her back to issue a $7ish refund. She stands there, not offering a solution, like 'hey, let me just make your drink really quick' or 'i'm so sorry it took so long' - Just nothing. Stood there. Blank. Finally, i was like, let's just get our drink and leave. So, she goes and makes a 2 drinks. Not 1, but 2. She leaves it on the counter and rushes off into the back kitchen. ------- We're so confused. We call out saying we only ordered one drink...... but she ignores us. We go outside, get in our car silently because we're so shocked and confused as to why this happened. My kids try the drink............ and you know what? they're BOTH NOT the correct drink. BOTH ARE NOT MANGO. Wait, what? How? I don't understand. You had 1 job. It wasnt rocket science. Take an order, service them. Repeat it. I don't even need you to smile or exchange small talk. I dont even care if she wasnt polite at all. All I needed was my ONE drink that I ordered in a timely manner. In the order that was taken. This whole experience took longer than our time eating dinner. The service was horrible. The drink was wrong AND horrible. The donuts looked horrible. The owner is also at fault for leaving this young girl there when she was clearly incapable of doing things by herself. On March 15, 2025, around 5:30 PM, I went to the store with my kids to get them a drink or some donuts. We were the only customers there. Since there were no fresh donuts left, we ordered a mango tea, then sat down to wait. A young lady working there took our order, but instead of making our drink, she started taking orders from other people who walked in after us. She filled their orders first--handing them a box of donuts and even making two drinks for them--while I sat there waiting. Fifteen minutes passed, and we still didn't have our single drink. Then she started taking orders from more people! I got up, went to the counter, and asked where our drink was. Her response? "I've been too busy." No apology--just that, and I couldn't believe it. Stunned by her attitude, I asked her to cancel my order and give me a refund. Her next response was even wilder: "I need to call my boss and wait for him to cancel the order." I said, "Okay, go ahead and call him." She disappeared to the back. Five more minutes of waiting later, she came out and said, "My boss needs to call me back." I asked how long I'd have to wait, and she shrugged, "I don't know." At that point, I told her to just make my order instead. She finally started preparing it, and then her boss called. She told him, "The customer changed his mind, they'll take their order. I'm sorry to bother you--it was nothing, I'm sorry." She started my drink. She was so easy to say sorry to her boss. I thought she did not know how to say sorry. Here's the climax of the story: she made two drinks, practically threw them on the table, and said, "Here are your drinks," before running off to the back. She didn't even explain what they were! I'd ordered one mango tea, and now I had two random drinks. I tasted them--both were awful, with no flavor or sweetener, and they weren't even what I ordered. She was quick to apologize to her boss but couldn't admit she messed up or say sorry to me, the customer. It was an unforgettable experience. I've never written a review before, but this was too ridiculous not to share. The boss clearly doesn't care about the business, leaving an untrained young woman alone to handle everything on a Saturday afternoon, ruining customers days. Hello, I was craving something yummy and warm this morning. I was up for something new. For them to open up 8:30am. You would think there's fresh donuts. In this case it was cold. My boyfriend went to go pick some up. He described the donuts looking old. They didn't have all flavors available upon opening. I don't know how they run there system here. However, we still ate the donuts considering that our whole order came out to over 41 dollars including our 2 coffees, buy 6 get one free, and the donuts holes. We had to warm them up as well. My daughter is really selective on food. I wouldn't recommend this for toddlers. In this case I would rather take them somewhere else, only because the donuts felt cold and old. The donut holes we got her were hard and a little bit soft in the inside. I WOULDN'T come here again for my donuts. Maybe for the coffees and tea milks, not even that will bring me back. The taro filled donut was what one could expect, 9/10. The magic matcha was slightly underwhelming. I'm someone who likes a very strong matcha flavor, and the filling/glaze on top just wasn't anything special, 8/10. The donuts themselves are not overpoweringly sweet, even with the sugar on top. Service: 10/10. Workers were friendly and courteous. They took the time to explain the available options. Atmosphere: 4/10. While the workers wear masks, it's disappointing when another customer comes in behind you with no mask, breathing down your neck.
