This was especially frustrating because he had originally emphasized how his service was better than other stores. That clearly was not the case. He also claimed he no longer carries Deco Rest, yet the brand was still featured on his website and in his promotional emails. My sofa was even displayed there. After I posted my review, he called me asking me to remove it. Reviews exist so customers can share honest experiences. I decided to move on and went directly to Zilli, another retailer that carries Deco Rest. The difference was night and day. Zilli arranged a call with Deco Rest, helped me obtain an RMA number, and Deco Rest agreed to repair the sofa free of charge if I bring it to the factory. That's what real customer service looks like. Zenlia could have handled this properly but chose not to. Because of that, they have earned this review.
