Mario was the best, my wife dropped off my lifted 4x4 Titan for a radiator replacement and with in hours I was getting a call that my truck would be ready soon but he recommended I replace thermostat since it seemed that was the reason my radiator (mind you it's a 2004 radiator ) caused it to expand and crack from pressure . I will NEVER recommend this place! My radiator, which was supposed to run about $200 installed, ended up costing around $900, by the time they quit mis-diagnosing, and fixed my car! I couldn't believe it was happening! They had my car over 1 week! It was rediculous! I don't own the car any longer, and didn't keep any receipts... But I have never gotten over their mis-treatment! I brought my car to this place without doing any research at all only because a close friend recommended Mario to me, no big deal I trust my friend. Plus no charge for checking it out sounded pretty awesome to me after another place was charging me $75 to diagnose the problem. They told me what I needed, how much it would cost and when it would be ready in a matter of minutes. Thought it was a more than reasonable price and ok'd them to start. The day I was scheduled to pick up my car I found they were on Yelp (yay for Yelp). After reading the reviews I started to get a little nervous. That one star review got to me, especially noticing that the good reviews it does have, might not even be valid (since it was pointed out it was by the owner). Well I don't know if that's true or not, kinda doubt it since the Mario I met is much older and looks nothing like the pic in review, but I truly am happy my friend brought me here! Mario was so welcoming and polite. He showed me all the old parts he changed (which were crying to be changed lol) showed me the new parts, & turned on my car to show me no more overheating, hooray! Was told I had a year worth of warranty and still gave me a small discount to the already awesome price. Even told me to go back in a few months just to make sure everything was dandy! I am truly thankful for Mario's kindness and his way of clearly explaining everything to me, I felt secure driving away from his o so lovely shop. And I say this because a while back I had other work done at that $75 place and it was a completely different experience. Just a "pay me, here's your keys, now please drive off so I can make space for my next overcharged customer" treatment.
