We sampled a few and really enjoyed them all. If this place were closer to home, I'd absolutely be a regular. There was plenty of parking, which was nice. The only downside was that there wasn't a food truck the day we visited. They did have pretzels available for purchase, but that's about it, so I'd recommend eating beforehand or checking to see if a food truck will be there. Mike has years of previous brewery operating experience, starting a very well known Florida brewery in 2012. Erin is the CEO of Thirsty Buffalo and leads the operations team there. Their head brewer is Joel Moore and he has 20+ years of brewing experience. It was a pleasure to hang with Dylan and Gabi who were working and saw asst Brewer Scott doing his thing is the brew house.
