Jason was the most arrogant unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with…read more They LOST my key from inside my automatic starter never acknowledge they lost it and acted like it was my fault. Had my car for 3 days before calling to say they have not heard from my insurance. Asked why yet didn't get back sooner because I was wasting rental car day they said my insurance STATE FARM had dropped the ball and told me to take it up with them. Jason said they had too much work and wouldn't be able to get to my car for three weeks. I told him that was fine my car was drive able it was just cosmetic no big deal. He mentioned the shop in Exton. I made the appointment there they had our adjuster come out he approved the estimate for $8,000. I get a call from the Exton shop h fire my drop off and I was told he was not allowed to do business with us! Asked why he didn't know other than Jason has called and told him not to work with n my car!!! All over a key that THEY LOST and because I was unhappy they wasting 3 days of my car rental! Jason and his ego cost this company over $8,000. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this shop as long as Jason and his ego are there. Everyone else was very nice and everyone was looking for my key it's a shame that someone put his ego ahead of the company and their reputation. NO ONE DESERVES the disrespectful attitude he has towards customers when he's in the wrong. Can't imagine working for someone so self centered. Jason and his attitude cost his company $8,000.
