This is a family run business, Mom, Dad and 2 sons. To me they look like a hard working family, dedicated to their customers. They will pick your car up, drive you home, even wash your car when done. I'm a lifetime customer now. RESPOSE to previous reviewer Roy: How are you a life long customer when they just opened? REALLY you call some one a JERK and get that angry for not calling you back (here's a thought, if its that important to you maybe you call one more time). We received the absolute worst paintjob we have ever had. It was full of dirt particles and tons of scratches and swirls from improper sanding. They broke our trunk lid spring now the lid has to be propped up with a piece of wood, got clear overspray in the engine compartment and all over our new valve covers. This was on a restored 74' TRANS-AM , we paid $3,000 for the paint job. He actually had the nerve to want more money , but settled for the agreed amount if we paid in cash. He presented the car in a very dimly lit garage, hiding the flaws, till we got the car home in our garage, we then saw all the mistakes and were shocked at the poor quality of the job. we contacted Jr about it and asked for half of our money be refunded, he refused and told us to bring it back and he would fix it.. We were not comfortable with him doing more damage and wanted to have someone else fix it. That is our right as a consumer. He would not refund anything, so I have been posting pictures on craigslist (under rants & raves) and giving reviews everywhere possible to hopefully prevent someone else from suffering the same fate!
