The VERYA Overpriced car they sold us falling apart not 4 months after purchase. They did zero inspection on this vehicle and kept quiet about the problems it had. A detached side mirror with a broken actuator. Window tint that's peeling. SEVERAL cracks in the windshield. Broken buttons on the steering wheel and center console. That's just to name a few. DO NOT buy a vehicle from here they were good in the beginning and I even wrote a good review but after having the truck for 14 days still within my 15 days mark my speedometer started to act up and I couldn't tell how fast I was going then service traction control came on WHICH IS A SAFETY HAZARD and my batteries one was bad I have a pic and proof showing the battery reading saying bad battery and the receipt I went Down there and tried to talk to them and stating my concerns and pretty much got told not our prolbem it's yours with the speedometer and im still having the issue THEY lied and it is a safety hazard when you can't tell how fast your going and by AZ law a vehicle is suppose to have a working speedometer so once again thanks for selling me a broken vehicle and not staying true to your damn word and they still refuse to help me even when az law requires a vehicle to have a working speedometer read more

***SCAM ALERT*** Avoid Double H Auto Exchange at all costs. They have a sand lot for a reason I found out. They sell vehicles that leak oil.. if they know your coming beforehand.. they rake beneath the vehicles to disperse the oil leak puddles.. look beneath the vehicle after they move it, you'll notice a darker discoloration! I initially spoke to employee who said he would need to have the owner call me back after he got off of the phone to discuss a cash deal with me. I finally spoke with the owner.. Jason whom was super vocal about being the owner - quite annoying - I advised I was interested in the 1998 Chevrolet C/K 2500 he currently has on the front lot. & so began the over dramatic sales pitch '''Ohhhhh yeah you're talking bout the holy grail of all pickup trucks!!!'''' This truck is in incredible shape, one owner, no leaks, I was fixin to Load it onto a trailer just now and haul it to Barrett Auto for auction it's so great blah blah blah... long story short, I walked to his dealership over 3 miles.. arrived.. and the dude Jason was still on the phone giving me hand signals to standby. Finally his employee took me to the truck.. said Jason would be out momentarily.. guy never came out still jabbering on the phone.. ended up test driving it and once I returned parked it and looked it over. Thanks full Jason likes talking on the phone bc it gave me enough time to observe this truck actively leaking a F ton of oil.. it even tracked in and out of the dealership where I took off and in from.. went back in and gave the key to Jason while yes.. STILL ON THE PHONE.. and advised I wasn't interested. Saying the vehicle leaks.. 'leaks what, he responds!?' Massive mouth full of chewing tobacco leaking out of the corner of his mouth lookin like the oil spewing from his trucks.. this dude knew too I was wanting an on site, paid in full, cash deal - Jason, if you're reading this.. I walked 3 miles to your dealership with a backpack containing 16k in cash ready to make a deal bc I did not want to walk back home.. I really hope your phone calls were worth it man.. Put a few thousand dollar cash down payment on a used truck on a Friday Mar 10, 2016. I was told it was a higher gearing for the highway and they could not tell me who the previous owner was. Found out the owner "Jared" of Double was the owner. WHY THE SECRETS ? I signed NO contract and was given only a receipt with no commitments to buy. On Monday AM, I found it was a 410 low gear gas sucker. I cancelled the transaction and asked them to send me my money back considering I lived 135 miles away. The owner "Jared" did not and could not figure out how to send me my money, because his "book keeping" would be really messed up. He told me I could come down 135 miles one way to get it or he would charge me the money order fee's plus the USPS fee's to get it to me. Keep in mind it is now March 21 and I still do not have one red penny given to me as a refund. He does nothing but give excuses as to why he has not and did not send. I finally got the money back, but the owner is a typical car salesman, ready to take your money, but not to refund it. I was extremely sketchy, I will never do business there again, you failed the honesty test. read more

My husband and I, were referred to Double H auto by a good friend of ours. I had gotten into an accident and did not feel safe driving my car due to the radiator and gear shift damage. Once we got to Double H and explained our situation, Jared the owner made us feel like family right off from the start. I have never really had a decent experience at a dealership, so I was a little nervous trying to car shop on such a strict budget. Jared worked with us to first find out what vehicles fit our situation. This was very nice because its a heck of a lot easier than finding your "dream car" and then trying to find a loan to work with it. The customer service was beyond what any dealership could dream of providing. The owner never once pushed us in a direction that made us feel uncomfortable or like we were being pushed to buy something, just to buy something. We did end up working a deal that worked for my husband and I. As long as the SUV we got keeps it together, and doesnt have any issues, we will be back to get our next car from these guys!
