Worst Car buying experience of my life. It all started with buying the truck, the sales person didn't know much about the vehicle I was in for, it seemed like if I knew more of the vehicle than they did. they were just trying to make a sell. The finance manager constantly try to upsell me services I did not need, and once I refused he was extremely unprofessional. After purchasing the vehicle the next day we come to find out the finance manager forgot to hand me a a paperwork to sign, so he calls me and expects me to go in and sign it. With that being their mistake I refused and said they have to come and give me the paper to sign.. the finance manager showed up to my house and didn't even bother to get out of his car . He rolled his window just enough to give a paper to my wife. (I was at work at the time) Keep in mind my wife had our two children in her arms, 1 year old daughter and 2 year old son. But he couldn't get out of his car. It was the beginning of December and the weather was cold and wet, what a gentleman the service manager was. One year later I find out the options that they sold to me, didn't even come with my truck. So disappointed and wish I had taken my business somewhere else. The salesman that helped us, Ariel Hernandez, absolutely undoubtedly took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge on cars. He sold me a poorly made 2023 Jeep Compass that I have had nonstop issues with since I bought it almost a year ago. I'm paying $50 more a month than what I was originally quoted on the car. This car is NOT worth the unbelievable amount of money I am paying each month. The gas mileage is garbage. It takes $50 to fill my tank and I just barely get 200 miles. I completely regret purchasing this car. I get one of them was new, but when you ask them if a vehicle is four wheel drive, you don't tell them what the engine size is. The other sale person acted like he had to sell us on everything, including their new filtered water. Who cares? If numbers don't work for what the customer needs, be honest. We were looking at a Challenger. The manager came out and tried to sell us on a Ram Rebel. How does that make any sense? A $57k car vs a $70k truck. We finally said no after two hours. During that two hours, not once did that dumb gong in there get hit for any sales. We told the salesperson we were not interested and he said he'd like to have the manager come out and thank us. Just went through an absolutely emotionally exhausting experience working with this dealership. I had stopped in about a week ago to look at a potential replacement for our Land Rover (a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk) and had left after a test drive indicating I'd come back with my wife to check it out within a few days. Long story short, we went back on Friday this week and she generally thought the vehicle was too small for what we were looking for. The sales guy I was working with had what he believed was a great idea to look at a loaded 2023 V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee L since "there were really good discounts on them." First we went back and forth on price wrapping up the day with me realizing that the negotiated deal I had was $5000 higher than the price they had advertised on their website. The next day they agreed to come most of the way down to that price but gave me some spiel about the price being listed only being possible if you qualified for every possible rebate they could put on the vehicle (which was conditional). This was a touch sketchy, but I was willing to let it go once I thought they were going to come in within $1000 of the internet price (and note, this was for a massive discount of over 20% on a $85K Jeep). So I drag my poor 2 and 6 year old kids to the dealership first thing Saturday morning expecting to trade my current vehicle and leave with a great deal on a brand new Jeep. We get through me signing about half of the paperwork, having my credit run, and get to verifying the payoff price on my current vehicle. Long story short, they made an $11000 mistake by mixing and matching numbers (had the proper trade value but the payoff for my other vehicle which we had considered trading potentially). This was going to increase my payment on a lease by $300 a month. They tried to redirect me into an 84 month loan, but it was still going to come out $180 above what was agreed to due to the mistake. Plus 84 month loans at 8%+ interest are quite frankly a financial mistake for anyone, even if you can afford it. Overall the people I worked with were okay and polite enough, but this was a major screw up that effectively ended up wasting 3+ hours of our time and put myself and my kids through probably the worst experience I've had buying a car in my 42 years. I had provided all of the information to them multiple times and this was just simply sloppiness on their part that they missed this. If they had their numbers right from the get go, I probably wouldn't have even pursued this vehicle to start with. I ended up leaving with no car, a ding from having my credit run for no reason, and several hours of my life, my wife's life and my kid's life lost forever along with a great deal of disappointment. This is honestly the exact reason I've generally gravitated towards luxury dealers who don't play a game of telephone between sales and finance and have never made a numbers mess up like this in the past for me. You may be able to get a really good deal here, just really watch what is happening with all the numbers and if it's too good to be true, it probably is. read more

They took to long so had to pick up truck before oil change because of another appointment they said no problem come on back and we will do it. We went back right after the other appointment and got told you will have to leave it we will do it tomorrow. This was ar 330 in the afternoon. Called Courtesy Jeep to get my 2020 Jeep Wrangler looked at. It's still under factory warranty and it won't start. They said their soonest appointment was 2 weeks away. No can do. I can't be with out a car that long. I was told I could drop off my Jeep today but they would have to keep it for a few days. I told I can't be without a car for a few days and asked for a loaner car. She said no they don't do loaner cars. She gave me the number to customer service and of course they were no help. I called Earnhardt Chrysler in Gilbert and low and behold they are going to give me a loaner car. Wow! Won't be using Courtesy for anything ever. I'll drive out of my way to go to Earnhardt. I came here for an oil change and everything went fine with my service but this review is what I witnessed while I was waiting. Courtesy is a small dealership so there isn't a lot of space between the waiting area and the sales desks. A gentleman was talking with a salesperson about his lease and it went downhill from there. The gentleman stepped into one of the glass offices to talk with a Manager(?) and stormed out. The salesman and the manager watched him leave, laughed about their interactions and then the manager walked into the office, got on his phone and started calling the customer an asshole, etc. This was my first time coming to the dealership and it will be my last. Whether the guy was was a pain or not, I don't know. But it was rude to have an open door conversation regarding the man. Literally the worst. I can't emphasize my eye roll enough right now. My 2016 Renegade was having issue shifting (it's automatic) it would rev up and flash service immediately. I get it to Courtesy Jeep and 5 hours later they tell me it's a software update and it's fixed. I pick it up and not even 24 hrs later (approximately 60 miles driven) it breaks down again. I call Courtesy and they want it towed to Courtesy Dodge (across the street, 5 star review for them) because they want the mechanic there to look at it. Josh the service rep asks I call and let him know when to tow shows up so he can head to Dodge to "get the right tech" welp he doesn't answer after already being there for 15 minutes. The rep from dodge gets me in a Uber and tells me he will take care of it. Courtesy Jeep claimed they preformed a "courtesy" inspection and it passed. Turns out, it just needed a battery. Lack of communication, zero follow through and clearly mechanics who miss something so simple as a battery. read more

We leave Yuma at 0530 and arrive at 0840 come to find out that Andy is on his day off!!! Why book an appointment when you're not even going to be in ???? Anyways we start talking to another sales rep Andre , he really helped us but sadly the car was already SOLD!!!
