We took our 2015 Q70L with 80k miles to Coulter Infiniti for an oil change service, AND to do an inspection as I suspected an issue with our front suspension and brakes. I was dealing with Scott Shaffer, who was completely up front about everything as he responded to my questions. I am not accustomed to going to the dealer for service, as they are typically much more expensive than an independent. But I know that they know my car better than any other brand or independent, so I made an appointment to come in for this oil service and inspection. Within the timeframe that Scott quoted they had completed this oil service and inspection which was extremely thorough. They provided me with a very comprehensive list of items that were recommended, both with maintenance and repairs. In my experience with dealing with other Infiniti dealers, they are usually NOT receptive to allowing you to provide your own "aftermarket" parts for major components, so I asked Scott if I could provide my own major parts. He immediately responded "YES", with the caveat that of course they would not guaranty any parts that they do not provide. This is different as compared to many other new car dealers, and by offering this they are now competitive with many independent repair shops. Given this new information, once I am ready to have any major work done, I will surely look to Scott at Coulter to help me with my repairs. Tired and dated sales tactics. Ops normal for most car dealerships today. They tell you they are different...they're not. Via email, I wanted a simple best OTD price on a used car. Was not interested in back and forth...lets make this easy. Well, they knocked off their BS dealer add-ons like "used car dealer prep" and some ridiculous key fob program (google key fetch...their own website says that it is a huge boost in profits for the dealerships). Next thing you know, they will charge you for a "keeping the lights on in the dealership" and "the owner needs a new Ferrari" fee. Anyway, they started the back and forth and the old "come in and to see if you love the car" shtick. Zzzzzzz. Hard pass. Matt and Manager Rob were extremely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately I did not purchase a very nice pickup from them. I can say, other than the disappointment of not purchasing a vehicle I was very interested in, I had felt comfortable dealing with these two while I was there. Additionally, I think they were reasonable with my request to allow me the opportunity to have the truck checked out at my personal mechanic. We just couldn't get over a $800.00 bump. Horrible experience. They are dishonest and the salesman I was working with made an inappropriate comment about my husband and I being able to afford a new car since we did not have any kids. What?! He tried to clean it up and said "just kidding." He knew it was inappropriate. Later in the visit, he mixed me up with another customer and wasn't sure what I was looking for. Huh? After my experience I had 3 other people call me about the car. Isn't there a tracking process for customers? Furthermore, I was lied to about the length of time the car was on the lot. Two weeks is what I was told. It was on the lot for 3 months. To the GM- Don't worry, I am not trying to hide behind the computer. I tried to call and ask for "the GM". Never purchased a vehicle, but the service department is a joke and a rip off, lack customer service and product training, the service advisor spoke in slang and called me papa several times, I had to ask him to stop and be a little more professiona, and explained I wasn't his pap and to stop referring to me as such. So I took my car in for engine failure problem, after a diagnosis they needed to make a warranty claim, after a week in the shop and finally getting warranty approval, Jose and his Shystie service department wanted to charge me an additional $3500 over what the warranty would cover for a new engine, they wanted to charge $22,209, warranty only covered about $18000. All this for a new engine and turbos. Then when I wanted to move my vehicle to another shop, and get a second opinion Jose refused to give me my keys and release my car until I paid $800 for a diagnostic test, using a bunch of Mafia style tactics. I would not recommend this dealership. Be careful they will try and take advantage, just bunch of fast talking hustlers that don't really care about the customer. They are just out to make a buck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I brought my Infinity QX50 in for service with a full and extended warranty stating that I would get a loaner vehicle if it was to be left for service. I was then told by Mike Rios that they only have 3 loaner vehicles and they were all loaned out so he would not be able to give me one. Mind you this is a Saturday and they wouldn't be able to even look at it until Monday. I then asked if they would be able to get a vehicle from Enterprise and I was told No. I then asked if Mike Rios would call another dealership to see if they would have a loaner, again I was told No! He gave me absolutely No suggestions; he just sat there looking at me. I was on my own to figure it out. What kind of customer service is that?! I finally asked if I could take my vehicle to another dealership myself and again I was told No! Mike Rios told me it was not safe to drive. Mind you I drove it there (???) I left without a vehicle and decided on my own to call Scottsdale Infinity. I spoke to Chelsea who was Very accommodating. She told me she had 19 loaners and would save one for me. I told her Mike Rios told me I couldn't leave with my own vehicle and she said go tell him you Are leaving with my vehicle and I am going to bring it to Scottsdale Infinity. I went back in and he was not in his office and I was stopped by one of his employees. I told her I Am taking my vehicle to a Better dealership and will NOT be coming back there! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE So i ordered a part on their website that claimed to be compatible with my car and it wasn't. now, I went ahead and returned it even though they were going to charge me a 20% fee and when they received the item they claimed the box was 'smashed' and the item was broken. Told me I needed to file a claim with USPS. Received the item today, no box is smashed just the tank, which looks like they dropped it and the quality is so shitty it broke. Looks like it was done on purpose so they wouldn't have to pay me my money and instead have to deal with USPS. We purchased a new 2019 QX60 this week from Coulter INFINITI. I must say it was the most pleasurable car purchase we have ever made in our lives. After dealing with a nearby Toyota Dealer this was a Night & Day different shopping experience. From just walking into the lobby ( and not being attacked in the parking lot by sales vultures at Toyota) to having a true professional knowledgeable sales person, it was so calm and easy to see what Coulter had to offer. It was 110' outside so our amazing sales person Rick Reames brought the cars up front just outside the lobby for us to view. Rick's knowledge was second to none when it came to infinity cars and the QX60 we were interested in purchasing. Unlike the Toyota sales person who did not know what colors the 'Highlander' were available....SAD! We also were given a tour of the service department and were introduced to a very friendly GM....Total Class! No 'boiler room' BS and no 'sales antics' here at Coulter...the vehicle is just amazing in quality and style......just like the Dealer! My service advisor Mike Rios is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't take care of his customers. Brought my car in for an oil change and they discovered I had a rear timing cover leaking oil. Mike decided to keep my car overnight since he couldn't get ahold of the warrenty company. I needed my vehicle for work the next day so I asked for the option of either a loaner vehcile or to bring my car back once the parts were ordered. His only option for me was to go rent a car at enterprise because Infiniti only has 4 loaners and they prefer to only loan them out to customers who have new vehicles versus myself who owns a 2014 Infiniti. Next morning he called the warranty company and texts me "Warranty is expired, sorry" but that was a lie. Warranty is good for another 70k miles of until 11/2026. I called the warranty company myself and they said the service advisor was incorrect and wasn't being truthful. Mike never followed up with me or called the warranty company again and it's been over a week. He made rude and smart-aleck comments when I picked up my vehicle and all around doesn't belong is customer service. This is my second terrible experience with Mike Rios and moving forward I will never bring my vehicle or my wife's vehicle back to Coulter Infiniti. read more

THE WORST! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Rick was the epitome of a used car salesman! We found the car we thought we wanted, drove down twice, 2nd time to make the purchase with our trade. I was told they would hold the car for us until the following day. When we got there they said another couple had just arrived to make an offer. We expected to pay tax but Rick the Dickster added 4k on top of that for a "key fob tax and inspection fee". Be wary of this place. They will tell you things they will not honor. They told me they were part of the Costco auto program, which guarantees any Costco membes a discount over the lowest advertised price, had me put down a $1000 deposit on a car w/ issues still needing to be corrected, and then told me I'm not eligible for a discount they are contracted to give. If you shop here, just be prepared to be told things that won't be honored, even after they request $1000 from you while they fix a car that is supposed to be ready for sale. And keep an eye on the tires. They have no problem selling vehicles with tires worn enough to create safety issues. My wife and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle today at Coulter Infiniti. We found a vehicle online in the morning and made contact with our salesman - Henry Said. We sent him pictures of our trade and negotiated the price of our purchase via email and phone. Henry immediately sent us paperwork confirming our deal pending a test drive. We drove to the dealership from Tucson and found that Henry had our vehicle ready and parked in the shade. After the test drive we sat down and Henry had all the paperwork ready to go. We did not have to wait around and he did not attempt to pressure us into purchasing additional warranties. He provided warranty information but once we declined we moved on. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. By far the best car dealership and salesman we've ever dealt with. My 5 year old car with low mileage that I take very good care of and drive only 70% of the time because I have a weekender... went in for a routine oil change and "needed" $8,ooo of "critical" repairs. I feel this review is long overdue as I have been going to Coulter Infiniti for over a year. I utilize the service department and have worked with both Scott S. and Aaron Z. Every time I go they make suggestions and go above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is maintained properly. Not once have I ever felt maintenance and services that my car didn't really need were suggested or pushed on me like I have experienced elsewhere. When I pick up my car it always looks better than when I dropped it off with windows sparkling both inside and out and freshly washed. I bought my car about 3 years ago and my battery kept on dying It was under warranty and when I took it in to get a new battery and find out why my battery kept on Dying they told me it was because I don't drive my car far enough for the car to recharge it. They said it was a default in my car and that all of them that year had the same problem. So I would charge it on my own and when the battery would not charge Very well I would take it in and they would give me a new battery. The first time I bring it in not under warranty they decide to actually find the reason on why I have had battery problems and Melinda told me it was because their was a electrical problem it was going to be $1700 and that will fix the problem. Second time to find a vehicle. The sales rep Syndey who I originally thought was funny she did not know anything about the cars she was trying to sell. Now catching her lying about cars is not a good mode, if you dont know the answer best to have someone else sell the car rather than being caught in lie after lie after lie. Of course the management when I first went in was nice not the 2nd time more disrespectful than anything. In addition same problem then last time not a smoke smell but overly perfume smell through out car....
