And I'm glad I did!they did a wonderful job with my SUV that was full of dog hair and bad stains in the seats. I chose the interior shampoo service and they steamed my seats washed the mats cleaned the interior and outside. They are very thorough so It took between 2 and 3 hours but we were able to run errands in the meantime and came back to a great looking sparkly clean car for a decent price! Meanwhile it was only around 5:09 PM and there were still employees actively working outside. This place is horrible, and they do not treat customers as well…read more First on my arrival, I told the person who was taking down the notes for the different things that I wanted to detail in my car and showed him what area I needing specifically to be looked at and he told me that they don't detail, but then wrote a note saying they would look at it and do somethingThen I was trying to explain to him that I didn't know which package would be best for me because I didn't want or need a shampoo of the carpet in my vehicle. He then suggested the lowest cost thing which means that they will not wipe down anything in the inside of your car not even the council or the dashboard or anything. Once I got back to my car the first thing I noticed was three different gooey items on the top of my car one of them I even touched and was like ill. They had to quickly come and fix that once inside I could tell they did not vacuum well nor did they try to get any of the dust or any of the debris where they had said that they would try to concentrate. I also paid a $10 extra for them to clean the mats of my car which was not a good job. Upon looking at the fact that they hadn't really vacuumed. I went to the person who takes the orders which was a new person he comes back and he's like OK. Let me get somebody for you and I believe the guy who I tipped nine dollars before getting into my car comes back in a rush with a wet rag and hands and so then they speak in Spanish in front of me. Then the person with the wet rag and hands proceeds to take the wet rag attempt of fee attempt of drain, releasing some of the water, and then proceeds to put the wet rag in my vehicle, getting my seat wet in the floor. He gets out and has an attitude and said here is that good and so I just told him off and said look, you already wet my seat. Please leave. I will never be going back there and I'm still looking for a good detail there for cars because I really need to get one area focused on where my coffee dropped in splashed all over..

The vacuums worked and so did the manual brushes for self serve car wash. Imagine the most basic setup possible: a water hose and bare-minimum necessities. Nothing fancy, slightly sketch, but desperate times call for desperate measures. You need Dollar bills or quarters and then you put them in a machine that exchanges them for gold coins! Gold coins pay for water and vacuum. Best $2 ever spent LOL Good luck and cheer to clean cars!

This was the closest hand car wash to where I work. So I came here during lunch to get my car…read morewashed. My car has a ceramic coating, which means I can't go through car washes that have spinning things that touch the car, as that will effect the ceramic coating. I also can't get the car waxed, though I can spray on a ceramic sealer spray which ends of doing the same thing. I only go to hand car washes and touchless washes. I also have spent a great deal of time educating myself on how to take care of the ceramic coating and my car in general. Incidentally, that really drives my wife crazy, So I came here to get my car washed. I saw that the Yelp star total was not great, but if this place worked out, I could come here during lunch whenever I needed to, as it was so conveniently located. I should have read the reviews. My bad. I want to make it clear that the finishing guy who did all the work on my car did a good job with what he was told to do. He was pleasant and did the best he could with the task he was given. My issue was with the guy who took the car wash order when you drive in. He said I had a nice car, to which I replied "thanks". He said he has a special on a car wax. I told him that my car had a ceramic coating so I could not get a car wax. He appeared quite annoyed by what I said, but said I could choose any car wash I wanted. I picked one of the higher end ones. He then said that if I had a ceramic coating I needed a hand wash without any soap. I know that is not true. But I did not feel like arguing with this guy. He said that he could have my car hand washed without soap for $45. Part of me wanted to leave, and maybe I should have. But the other part of me was curious what that meant, so I agreed. After tax it was almost $50. My car was moved to the finishing area. The finishing guy cleaned the windows inside and out, then rinsed the car with water and dried the car with pressurized air and towels. He did as good a job as he could, under the circumstances. After he was done, the car looked ok, but it was not washed. I tipped him because he did his job as well as he could. He should not be punished because his of his supervisor's actions. I was wearing a shirt and tie and had a fairly nice car. The guy at the beginning saw dollar signs. If I had read the reviews I would have seen that a few people wrote that. Again, my bad. But at least now I know not to come back here.
