Lunch | $50-100 Service was good, they are kind. The only thing that I would add is that after the check, the waitress may want to swing by again to chk on their table. You pay at the register however after the bill I decided that I needed a small carryout container. Our waitress was no where to be found. My mom finally got up and went to the dessert/carryout area for a container. The food was good, the ambiance was fair. The prices were fair. They have a parking lot.

Seating and service was quick and easy. Menu served most of what you'd expect at a typical diner. Similarly, the vibe is juke box diner with dessert displays and a familiar menu. Didn't get to take photos of all we ordered but I was disappointed in the home fries. The texture and taste wasn't cooked all the way, except for some burnt sides. Wings were not juicy but maybe I'll ask for sauce next time.

I was in north Baltimore for about a week recently. I tried this place because it was on the road and needed breakfast. I came back for 2 more breakfast meals because I couldn't find anything else that compares to it in the area. So, I ate here 3 times in 1 week. There's really not a better compliment. Double T has many positive qualities: it's spacious; has a ginormous number of booths; portions are generous; and the vibe is relaxed. The breakfast offerings are endless. If you can't find what you want for breakfast here, then you're impossible to please. Eggs Benedict can be ordered in many ways. I stuck with the classic version on 2 visits and wasn't disappointed. They cook their breakfast meats carefully and pancakes are on point. The home potatoes are traditional, if pedestrian, so, on one occasion, I asked for and got some lovely onion rings as a substitute. I do like a big breakfast--and this diner delivers on that. Finally, I spied a Smith Island Cake in the large bakery display case in the front. I got a slice to-go. Their recipe is right on the money.

My family and I used to come here often and have started to again. Everytime we have, the place is chaotic and very loud. Theres way too many tables in the dining areas. Its very full! The servers are always stressed and overwhelmed. The managers aren't much help either. Instead of helping, they just boss the servers around. The menu is huge! The food is pretty good. I have only had one thing, I didnt like and that was their "pickled" beets. They aren't really pickled. They are like soaked in an italian dressing and are sweet. The portion sizes are good and filling. The vegetable soup is the best! Overall, if you like a very loud and crowded place, with decent food. Its the place for you!

Typical diner food, but our server was super sweet and attentive. They have a HUGE food selection; the menu is actually a really overwhelming. I ordered sweet potatoes and some were not fully cooked. Also ordered "jumbo wings" but they were seriously the tiniest wings I've ever seen.

Most dishes here are reliable. The fried shrimp are freakin' awesome. The only complaint I have is that, for the past two visits, the cream of crab soup has become watery / runny which is disappointing.

It prob seems odd, but this has been a fave NYE dining spot for our family for a while now. It is close to home, there are large portions, it is not too crowded, and they get you in and out when you have somewhere to be to ring in the new year. This year was no different. As per usual it was just the four of us (sister almost always has to work), and we were able to order quickly. Cups of soup and side salads were brought out first, and then our mains. The Manhattan clam chowder was too salty for me and my brother; my parents enjoyed their chicken noodle. Blue cheese dressing for the salad was solid, and the greens are always fresh but where were the cukes? I think I had two cherry tomatoes, some raw onion and a pepperoncini, the rest was iceberg lettuce. Not bad by any stretch, just a bit plain. Dad always enjoys the pork chops, Mom liked the chicken pot pie, and my brother created his own pasta dish of marinara, broccoli, mushrooms and spinach. He said the sauce was a touch sweet but was full enough from the huge portion to be happy to have leftovers for another day. I like the chicken Francaise with steamed broccoli instead of rice. Leftovers were a great lunch a few days later. Dessert was a chocolate cake w chocolate mousse and a cute ganache mouse (mousse?) on top. Thanks to COVID we had no party plans this year, so a quick prosecco toast back at my parents' house ended the evening. Happy New Year!

    Our friendly waitress!

But Here's where it just got interesting Vodka chicken Parmesan.. sounds simple right I Cannot Express the TBO J and I both had with our first bite.. When I tell you that the Pasta, I mean the noodles y'all, the pasta was the best pasta we've ever had...amazing and then the chicken Parm was juicy, crisp on the outside, baked cheesy on top... just probably the best chicken Parm we've ever had.. put two of them together and I just can't even finish thi..... Okay just kidding, I've got to finish to tell you about the amazing people behind the incredible food.. We told Patrina that we weren't from around here and it was our first time at Lib's.. She was the best first impression you could have had... told us the history of the Lib family how they are the Perry Hall staple of the area. Vic was our server and he was wonderful, answering questions and very knowledgeable. Michelle was the mgr on the evening we were there and came out when we wanted to rave over the meal... when she found out we were new to the area, she came back to the table with her top picks for dining in the area. Really... wow! The deck was enclosed but was an open space that made you feel like you were outside without the draft. I could go on and on, but really, stop reading and navigate here Right now What makes you think I'm kidding Put down that mediocre food This is way better than what your stuffing your face with Y'all

We have become "regulars" and our server that we ask for every time, (Brenna) is a bright light and always provides us with amazing service that keeps us coming back! We all enjoyed our lunch and I have to say, Lib's Grill was rocking! It was President's Weekend Holiday and every table was taken for brunch/lunch. Our meals, once again were all really good and service was top notch. Thank you, Brenna, (and team), for making our meal a memorable one, once again. I'll provide some updated photos to keep this review as fresh as the food and service! :)

On the plus side my family enjoyed the ribs and crab balls. On the negative side, the fish in my fish and chips was painfully thin and small. Normally you get a nice chunky piece of fish when you get fish and chips. Not only that, l've never had fish and chips where the skin was on the fish. I left most of the skin behind, but ate some of it because the portion was so small. I had to eat something. Please have the chef look up what fish and chips is supposed to look like. Despite being the only server, our wait person was outstanding - it wasn't their fault that they had to handle the entire dining room. . Also appreciated the carafe of water on the table - but why no ice -had to drink lukewarm water. Make sure to ask for prices upfront and verify-for a single crabcake entrée, we paid $63 when it's advertised online as 30. Let the buyer beware.. Wouldn't feel a need to return at this point, too many other better options.

Such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere! The salmon dish was amazing! I got the sauce on the side and ended up not eating it. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The rice was flavorful and the broccoli was steamed perfectly too. My child got the chicken tenders and fries. Was really happy about the pricing on the kids menu. We've been to restaurants lately where the prices are crazy overpriced for a child. I learned from our server that kids eat free on Saturday with an adult entree. Will definitely be back with the whole family for that perk! If you're not interested in sitting outside, the indoor dining room was really open and nice. The bar seemed to be a very popular section to sit! If I had to find some a needs improvement would be the cleanliness of the restrooms. Definitely could use a deep clean. Overall, really great place to gather with friends, family or even a date night!
