Leila helped me through the whole process of signing up and booking and I was able to schedule a meet-n-greet and book a stay that same morning! Truly such a kind, responsive, and accommodating process. It was my first time ever sending my dog Mochi to a sitter and I was super anxious since he's already 10years old! The meet went even better than expected. The dog area was HUGE and there were so many toys and activity spots for the dogs to play or shaded areas to just rest. Shantae asked about my dog and explained the personalities of the other dogs that would be staying with him and I felt so reassured that Mochi would be just fine. A total bonus that I wasn't expecting was getting picture updates of Mochi having a blast! Seems like the old man got to have a little vacation on his own.
