Since we had just moved to SD, our cat was still really freaked out about everything in the new apartment and constantly hiding under the bed. Everytime ANYone came over she would hide the entire time. I was so anxious about leaving her for a whole week just after moving here with how poorly she seemed to be doing in the new place. Jennifer came over for our first meeting, and our cat came out almost immediately to meet her, which was just the first amazing thing that happened. In addition to that, everything Jennifer told us about her experience and how she runs her business sounded perfect. Upon hiring Jennifer for the job, I finally felt OK about leaving for our trip. During the week we were gone, she sent us updates with the best pictures after each and every visit, and was super communicative and responsive to a last minute schedule change I had. After we came back from our trip, we were completely amazed to find that our cat was no longer scared of our new apartment. She hasn't hidden once since we got home. We called Jennifer to watch our cat for an eleven-day overseas trip. We only gave her 3-4 days lead time but she came and met with us right away. We knew right away that she was a good person and a cat lover. She gave us updates everyday with a picture. My husband is the type to not trust the care of our pets to someone else. We have even taken separate vacations due to this. Due to a family obligation (out of country). We had to find someone that satisfied my husbands' unease. We researched and found Jennifer @ Pawsitive Pet Sitting. This was a big deal- as 1 of our cats' was ill, and had to have a Chemo Pill 1x AND Subcutaneous Fluids Every Day. Jennifer was comfortable doing this. I had COMPLETE confidence in Jennifer. Sadly, before we left, the cat passed away. We still went on the trip and Jennifer took care of our cats and bunny. She was also comfortable with the bunny-care. Bunnies can get sick quick and Jennifer is familiar with bunnies. Due to Pawsative Pet Sitting, we were able to have a great vacations, with both of us at ease with our home-front. We can now plan trips without the Major anxiety that was there before. We receive a photo a day- sometimes of 1 or all-of-the pets (depending on them), this is comforting to us (and a smart protection for her), -she shows proof that she has been there. The photos are usually both funny and comforting to us. We see cute funny photos of our pets who we can tell are at ease with her. It's fun to receive a photo when away, makes us happy. Jennifer is very professional, he paperwork makes things easy- if something goes wrong while you are away, she has your hospital info, doctor info, etc....bases are covered. Jennifer is a LIFE SAVER when it comes to being able to enjoy a vacation knowing that an amazing caretaker is in charge of your little furry ones. My cat Moto was recently diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and needs fluids (SubQ) once a day for the rest of her life. A couple of weeks ago, as we were in the final stages of planning our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Paris, we were told by the Vet that our cat (who has had some kidney problems over the past year) was declining and she was concerned about our travel and getting access to his subcutaneous injections while we were gone. I am thrilled to have found Jennifer at Pawsitive Pet Sitting. She is the only one who can handle our 3 beautiful greyhounds. They are sweet, but walking 3 at a time is a challenge. Jennifer does it with ease and control. She genuinely loves our girls, too. When they see her, they wag their tails and bodies and dance with happiness.
