By pure luck, we stumbled into Champion Pizza at 2008 Texas Ave S, College Station, TX 77840 -- and what a find. Only afterward did we learn that the owner and founder runs several pizza shops in New York and brought that same craft down here to Texas. Suddenly it all made sense. The crust, the sauce, the fold... it's the real deal. It tasted like home. I absolutely love it, and I tip my hat to the team working there.
