Learned of Doug Bracy via an apartment complex work order. The office manager hired him, and when he started to text me in the evening hours and early morning hours (business related), after I'd given him the information he asked me for, I asked that all communication be done through the apartment manager. He responded by saying "I don't know why this is so difficult for you" which I find to be very rude and unprofessional. We found Doug through Thumbtack, and he was the so quick to respond. We needed our carpets cleaned in our new house before we moved our furniture in. The goal of the carpet cleaning was to remove the previous owners pet odor, but the carpets look like a night and day difference. White carpets are tough, and I never expected them to get as bright as they did. I purchased one of those off the shelf carpet cleaners but nothing beats steam cleaning. While its too early to tell if the deodorizers were successful in eradicating the pet odor, I can most definitely say the carpets look amazing and I am thrilled to be moving into our new house with a clean slate.
