So I mean it's all takeout right now so it's two girls sitting at a table outside to take your order but the menu is fantastic, options are fantastic and food is fantastic. Owner seems to be the nicest guy and will answer any questions, comments, or concerns. My only concern for the owner is maybe have the people working out front learn the menu a little better to answer questions (takes time I know!) and a little more outgoing for customer service reasons so y'all don't lose stars from other reviewers. I give it 5 stars because the food is good, customer service is good, and it's a new place that I go out of my way to recommend to people. Our community had the pleasure of having dough dough donuts to our community. Omg the donuts are so delicious. We'll definitely be reaching out to them again to come back. Weather was not ideal but people were making their way out to the truck to get a taste of these amazing desserts. They had funnel cakes and ice cream. It was so hard to choose! A few weeks back we had their sister truck come, PS561 and we enjoyed their gourmet hot dogs then as well. If you get a chance to try any of their trucks please do! Stopped by today, since it's donut day. Wanted to support a new local business. Ordered the cinnamon and sugar donuts and plain for the free donut. The wait time was pretty long and only one person getting free donuts in front of us. Ate one of the plain donuts once I got in the car and it was very good. Hot, sweet, and fluffy! But once I got home (5 mins) I tried another, they had cooled off. They still tasted good but left an oily film in my mouth afterwards. I've never experienced that from any other donut. Not sure if it is the oil they use or what. It was pretty off-putting. So if you're going to eat them immediately, they're great! Just don't let them cool off. read more

We are big fans of Dough Dough and have been three times now. The food is unique and we appreciate the veg and meat options. That being said, I wish they would be more consistent. The picture below is the hot dog we got today and it had almost no toppings. The first time we went there, the hot dogs were loaded and delicious. Been to their new restaurant in the royal palm Publix plaza. I was kind of shocked at their prices were still "food truck prices". I paid $7.30 for an order of JUST fries and it wasn't even a decent handful of fries. Not even half of the small styrofoam container. I could of gone to McDonald's in the plaza and pay not even half of that for fries. I expect to pay high prices at food truck invasions, but when it comes to an actual restaurant, you guys really need to work on those prices. Stopped by your truck tonight at the Food Truck event in Abacoa. This review isn't based on the doughnuts, because I never got them. Waited a really long time for them to come out, but they never did. After waiting 30 mins for my order, myself and another customer who had been waiting approached the truck to check on the status of our order. We were abruptly told by the young man making the doughnuts that each order is custom made and he was the only cook and only had 1 fryer. I explained it had been 30 mins and that I was just wondering how much longer and his response was, "I'll call your name when it is ready." I waited another 10-15 mins and still nothing. I approached the truck again and asked for my money back and explained I had to go. He again repeated the same thing and I told him I understand the process, but it had been 40-45 mins now. After an argument, he finally gave me my money back. You really shouldn't give someone a hard time for checking on their order 30 mins later and instead of arguing about giving them their money back, you should have apologized for the delay and gladly refunded it. read more

I hate writing reviews, and I still felt the need to document this experience. I was at a local park for their movie night and ordered some donuts for myself and my family, from their truck. Fifteen minutes later, I ask how much longer it's going to be, and am told that they don't know, as everything is made fresh. I find this suspicious, as the orders are right in front of them, and they can see how many are in front of mine, but ok, they're busy. Fine. However they do inform me that in addition to the 10 people after me who have already received their food, there are still three people ahead of me for donuts. Five minutes later, a few more people have received their food, I ask how much longer, and there's still two people ahead for donuts. At this point, I've missed twenty minutes of a less than two hour movie. So I ask for my money back. I came for the movie, and I don't want the donuts the badly. No big deal, right? Wrong. The cashier can't give the refund, the cook has to give the refund. Ok, that's fine, I don't care how it happens, please just give me my refund. I paid cash, this isn't rocket science. As she relays this request to the guy making the donuts, he flips out and starts yelling in the back of the truck that if I want a refund, I'll have to wait my turn. He made me wait until the two people in front of me got their donuts, before he told the girl at the register how to give the refund. He didn't do it himself, he told her how, which he was apparently incapable of doing while bagging his super fresh donuts. Half an hour of my life that I will never get back. (If he'd told me upfront I'd be waiting 40+ min for donuts, I would've either set a timer and come back, or not bought them at all) TLDR: Ordered donuts. Waited. Waited. Waited. Waited more. Asked for refund. Waited. Waited. Waited. Eventually got refund when donut guy felt like getting around to it. read more
