Good cookies, underwhelming service…read more I strolled into the Crumbl store and it was empty. I saw a couple of workers towards the back chatting with each other. Neither one greeted me. If I had been unwilling to submit the order myself on the kiosk I would have left empty handed. I ordered the cookies and cream, chocolate chip, brownie, and sugar cookie. They all were delicious, no surprise there. My favorite was the cookies and cream followed by the brownie. They certainly win in the taste awards. Not so much the service. When my order was ready, a guy came around the corner with the box and handed it to me. I said thanks and I think he mumbled your welcome. Or maybe it was have a nice day. I'm not sure because he said it so low and fast as he quickly turned to walk away. No eye contact, no smile. I "may" return for the cookies, and I will temper my expectations on the customer service front.
