I've been seen Dr. Webber for about two years. He is an excellent physician. His bedside manners are great. His diagnoses had been right on the money. He listens to all that I have to say. He discuses the lab results with you in detail and answers all your questions. He had no problem referring me to a couple of specialists. One thing that I like is that if you need lab tests, the staff can draw the blood right there. Both medical assistants are very skilled in drawing blood and have a soft touch. Yes if you call the office they do put you on hold for a bit, but they will take care of you. You can also email them. A couple of times I had issues with my refills. I spoke with the receptionist, Tatiana, and in a couple of hours the pharmacy was calling me that my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. read more

Awful wait times on the phone. Consistently put on hold for 10+ minutes with no answer. Dr Webber has no sense of urgency when it comes to sharing test results. Got a run around from the staff each time I called saying that either 1) they had not received the results (which is bogus because the lab has a date of when they report the results) 2) the doctor had not reviewed the results yet 3) the doctor had not disseminated any information to the nurse so that s/he could talk with me about the results. ...Not in that order. Had to ask the office staff three times for them to get them to send labs to me. Upon seeing the doctor, he spent a goodly amount of time looking at WebMD while in the consult with me. He seemed preoccupied and more concerned about making his lunch hour than history taking or spending time with me. Went to see another doctor, who read my labs and told me that Dr Webber's analysis of the results was inaccurate. Never coming back. read more

I saw Dr. Webber a couple of times, overall he is a nice and decent doctor, great bedside manner, he does not rush you, takes the time to listen and diagnosis you. However, my issue is with the way the staff/ management runs the office. Lab or in house results take weeks, either the labs or samples are not in or the doctor has not reviewed them. Phone keeps ringing, the girls keep you on hold for more 30mins. Some Friday's the phone are off during their open hours. Some major changes need to happened and there is no way of contacting the doctor unless you schedule an appointment. No email or phone calls. Management needs to get fixed. read more

Dr. Webber is a fantastic PCP. Even after moving to the other side of the city, I still make the trek out east for every doctor's visit. He's patient, he listens to all my concerns, and I've never felt rushed. He's also extremely knowledgeable and is happy to explain things on a more technical level just to sate my personal curiosity. I've also had only good experiences with his office staff; they're always friendly and attentive, and I've never had an issue setting up an appointment. I hate to do this because I actually liked Dr. Webber and the nurse who assisted him, but the other support staff has some major issues. I can't tell you how many times I've got his answering service during working hours (and that message just tells you to call back during working hours). Also during my visit they also forgot to pass along dietary guidelines documents that the doctor asked them to give to me. Finally, and this is the last straw...after going there for a physical they requested lab work and didn't supply my insurance information. Now, months later I am getting bills directly from the lab service. My insurance has changed since then and now It is one hassle after another. I hate to switch doctors, but at this point I have zero faith that they can logistically handle everything that is going on in their office. read more

I made my husband an appointment with Dr. Webber based on the good reviews here. Unfortunately, he had a terrible experience. Without divulging too much personal information, I will just warn others that Dr. Webber was highly unprofessional and misdiagnosed a serious medical problem. He dismissed my husband's concerns and failed miserably to follow up with him after repeated attempts on our part to get more information over a critical period of time. Do not consider this doctor or his staff if you are looking for a professional medical experience. While Dr. Webber has an impressive resume (note, paper), I don't fancy a doctor who often looks at his phone for consultation. I have Web MD for that. Why are the hold times more than 10-15 minutes at a time? My friend and I have been to the office during peak and non-peak hours and both times, the medical staff are sitting there and laughing at who knows what! You will need to pay for parking yourself and the location is not close to reasonable mass transit. read more

I used to recommend Dr. Webber's office to everyone I love, but these days, I don't know anymore. Dr. Webber's fantastic, his office staff USED to be kind and helpful, but now it's hard to even call and make an appointment. I don't know if the girls on the phones are just really young, inept, or in a constant bad mood. It's gotten so bad, I dread calling there because I know I'll get one of them and they'll make me spell my name 4 times and transfer me to each other every 2 minutes. What should be 3 minute phone calls end up taking 20 and nothing gets accomplished. God forbid I really need something, I don't think they can even handle making an appointment. Dr. Weber is hands-down, the best doctor that my wife and I have ever gone to. In fact he's so good, that I had my mom, and other relatives start seeing him as well! He truly knows the meaning of bedside manner. When you have an appointment with him, he makes sure that he sits down, listens to everything that you have to say, and never rushes you. He answers your questions. He explains exactly what is going on with you and your health. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and important. He is very big on making sure that you are informed as a patient, so that you and he can make the best decisions necessary for your physical, and mental well-being. He is gentle, has a warm smile, is very courteous, and overall just a pleasant human being! I highly, highly recommend you to take him on as your physician. I been to so many doctors and I've got to say I am very very happy that my insurance made him my PCP!, Dr Webber has a good bedside manner. He was very thorough with me and took his time to address my health concerns and any questions I had. I would not trade Dr. Webber FOR ANY doctor in the world. He takes his time with his patients, he truly cares. I was diagnosed with a fairly rare condition and he guided me through and helped me survive. I have never had a physician who took such a strong interest in me and my health in my life. I cannot tell you how much Dr. Webber has meant to me. I cannot understand any negative reviews. The staff is proffesional, follows through and is caring. I almost do not want to post this review because it may become harder to make an appointment! I truly love this man for what he has done for me and my family. The negative reviews I have read are ghastly. I do not understand them one tiny bit. When have you ever had a doctor talk with you for 15 minutes, ask you in-depth questions and felt like they really made a thorough effort to help you? This man in my opinion literally saved my life. I had an appt with Dr. Webber at 9am. I was punctual and waited for ten minutes. A nurse checked my weight. I was escorted into a small room. The nurse checked my temperature and my blood pressure and told me the doctor would be with me shortly. Forty minutes later nobody came so I got up and left. I think this doctor doesn't understand basic human manners. He has no respect for himself or for others. He is a disgrace to the profession he represents. He should be running a barn instead of a doctor's office. Prior to that I had two appts with him. I did a physical with him. I had to call 3 times and on the last phone call I had to scream to get them to send me my blood results. Until now I have no clue on the results of the ultrasound that was done in his office. Dr Webber is great, but the staff is a mess. I never get phone calls confirming my appointment, so I need to call them and am often placed on hold for 20+ mins just to confirm an appointment. An easy solution to this would be to call your patients ahead of time to confirm appointments! Next, they tell me they'll call me within a week after my blood work to let me know results. Weeks and weeks went by, no response. I had to call the staff - again put on excessive hold - to ask. They said the Dr still hadn't reviewed the results. It took another week (5 weeks total) to finally hear my results. I wanted to continue seeing Dr Webber but this is too much! Who has time for this? read more

This is the best doctor I have had in LA yet. Since moving here almost 5 years ago, Ive gone through multiple doctors who all have fallen short. I felt like the visits were always rushed, hap hazard, and I always felt uninformed. That is all until I met Dr. Webber and his wonderful staff. Thank goodness too, because I had a lot of health surprises this year and am so thankful to have had such a supportive office to go to. Anytime I needed a script they were right on it, and any time I had any sort of ailment, whether it be a bad cold, or my thyroid disease, they've treated me with positive results. Lab work is the best because they actually email you your results! I feel like with most offices you have to call yourself and track them down. When my thyroid levels were out of whack- Dr. Webber himself called me. I highly recommend Dr. Webber to anyone, especially those suffering with thyroid disease. After visiting Dr. Webber I decided to read a few of these reviews from other patients and I gotta tell ya, some people... While in the waiting area there was a patient who arrived after me and was complaining about the wait and being rude to the staff. It's understandable that we all have things to do, but I've NEVER been asked when I would like my appt. by any dr.'s office... So talk about self centered... The wait is well worth it. Dr. Webber really got to know me as a person so as to see how my lifestyle affects my health and explained how just making a few adjustments could improve my health in the long term. The specialists he and his staff referred me to are top rated in my book... Not a complaint from me... I've even referred my mother to Dr. Webber... And as for his staff, poor girls... I've seen many a patient want what they want when they want it and totally disrespect and abuse office staff... Like the impatient patient I mentioned earlier? Finally, a doctor that listens intelligently actually seems to care! At first I was frusterated by the excessive wait time, an HOUR from my appointment time, but I discovered later that the wait was well worth it. Dr. Webber was very personable, easy to talk to, and really put me at ease (and I was VERY nervous as I have a terrible track-record with doctors). I soon found out why I waited so long to be seen... Dr. Webber met with me for almost 45 minutes! He not only listened to what I was telling him, he really took the time to ask me questions and explore all areas of my health concerns, whether the appeared relevant to me or not. I really felt that I had his undivided attention and that he was giving careful thought to my issues. In addition, the rest of the staff was friendly and relatable, despite being very busy, and when I called the office the next day for clarification on something, they got me an answer right away. The only down-side to this office (other than the wait time) is that parking in the lot is valet only and is too expensive, and meters only allow for one hour. I'm shocked after reading the reviews below because my familys experience has been amazing. To start off, I want to say how patient & friendly his entire staff has been with appointments, lab work & dealing with complicated pharmacies like CVS on our behalf. Also, my mother had been seen by a team of doctors along with a specialist for Arthritis & Diabetites at the reputable Providence St Joseph's medical center, & we received hopeless results. I decided to make my mother an appointment with Dr Webber because he's my husband doctor, & I've seen how well he's handled his health concerns. BEST decision I've made! Dr Webber began dealing with my mother's Arthritis pain by doing an ultrasound on ever visit that followed with sets of shots that have transformed her life. She can move in ways she couldn't before; Her pain has decreased completely! Also, my mothers Diabetites is now controlled because Dr Webber referred her to a nutritionist, to a physical therapist, and gave her proper medication. I recommend doctor Webber to anyone that is looking for a doctor that truly cares about his patients. read more

I'm really surprised to see all of these negative reviews, I can't rave about Dr. Webber enough! This guy has brought that comfortable mom-and-pop feeling to a doctor's office in Los Feliz, something I was not expecting and something I hadn't even seen in my hometown in Connecticut. His wife makes (excellent) coffee for the waiting room daily, no ones going to starbucks or using a keurig here; just good old fashioned coffee. The office's bedside manner impressed me, they really listen and get to know patients--even the interns and the young ladies at the front desk. Dr. Webber knows all of his patients on a first name basis, he came out into the waiting room to get something to drink and said hi to all 5 of us by name, even if he used a cheat-sheet I was impressed and felt welcome. His wife is just lovely and charming, I also got to meet her in the waiting room. I just love it there, I don't mind being sick there because I know I'll be taken care of with hot tea, great medical care and a friendly atmosphere. I'm the patient that always has a million questions and Dr. Webber sits there and answers them all without ever seeming annoyed or in a rush, and all the interns I've met have been lovely. While they check my vitals we talk about school and work and what it's like being young and trying to succeed in LA. Maybe some people need to give the interns a break--if you haven't been there it might be hard to understand how confusing and nerve-racking it can be working in a doctor's office. I've never had any issue with the staff not calling me back and they always squeeze me in when I get really sick (I got strep a few months ago, called and they saw me within the hour). wow!!! i have been a patient for over a year and i've always felt i was in good hands!! i've had severe pain in my right knee and now i'm pain-free with some special treatment above and beyond the usual injection!! he's also helped me with severe chronic depression that other drs. have just thrown their hands up puzzled for treatment!! i love his staff and they always make me feel welcome. the only problem is he's so much on time i can never finish a diabetic magazine!! the parking in the building is expensive so i suggest street parking or do as i do.... take the bus!! the bus stop is right there and works great for me!!!! read more
