Hands Down the Worst Medical Reception Service Ever! I was hoping after two years the service would…read morehave improved since my last review. Unfortunately, it got worse. I went in on Friday and arrived at 4:57 p.m. It was eerie since the reception and waiting area were completely empty. I waited and then another patient came. We tried to get someone's attention to alert them that there was no one to check us in. About 10 minutes later, a nurse came out and apologized. She was not sure why there was no one but was going to find out. Finally at 5: 15 p.m (18 minutes later) both receptionists came out. When I inquired why no one was aroud, they indicated their supervisor was having a meeting with them. To be fair, the doctor that eventually saw me, provided me with excellent service. Nevertheless, this does not take away the fact that the front desk was left unattended. Yelpers for years have posted reviews indicating a problem with the service at this location. In this case, it is the supervisor who inexplicably pulled both receptionists during regular work hours to hold a meeting and leaving the reception unattended. Why couldn't the supervisor meet with them individually and maintaining at least one person to attend the reception area? If this is true, the supervisor showed bad judgement and professional incompetence. Most importantly, why is Cedar Sinai allowing this subpar service to fester this long?

I don't come here often, but I do come here quite a bit…read more The facilities are nice. The people are nice. The parking is ok (fills up easy). Usually a long wait, but what urgent cares are quick? Do you believe in magic? Thank you.

I've only been seeing her for a month, and I'm already noticing real improvements in my health -- something I didn't think was possible this quickly. Appointments are efficient and respectful of my time. I've never waited more than five minutes, and the Silver Lake location makes it easy with plenty of parking, so I don't have to miss much work. Everyone in the office is welcoming and helpful, which makes the whole experience stress-free. While there is a fair amount of paperwork, it's all handled online through the Spruce app. That means I have my own record of everything discussed in appointments, prescriptions, and care details -- an invaluable tool for keeping track of my care. Most importantly, Dr. Ramadan has been a light during a very dark time in my life. I'm beyond grateful to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

STAY AWAY SHE IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR. She is a terrible doctor and she is the worst at listening…read more During my visits she is always staring at her computer and hardly listening. And when she is staring at her computer she is always reffering to old tests and I always have to correct. She is supposed to be prepared never before the appointment. For over a year I was having hot flashes in the middle of the night and I have told her about it multiple times, and every time I told her about it she was ssoooo insulting she gave me a condescending smile and said "just push the covers." After a year of her insulting advice I literally had to raise my voice and told her to look at me when I'm speaking to her. And tell her that she needs to help me, she is doctor I am the patient . " You are a doctor and its your job and responsibility to help me." She then told me I can just take test with my gyno and they can tell me if I'm in menopause. It took her over a year to use her brain cells to tell me that. So I then had a appointment with my gyno and I told her I need to take "the test" that would show if I am in menopause. When I saw my gyno, she said there is not a "test" that shows weather I would be in menopause. She said Dr. Helen Rostamloo was wrong. Also I had a hard time trying to get an appointment with my gyno for a regular pap smear and Dr. Helen said she can do it. And I let Dr. Helen do it. I trusted her and I thought I was in good hands. Later I was telling my sister who is a Nurse about it and she was shocked. My sister told me a primary should NEVER be allowed to do a pap smear it always should be done by a gyno. She told me the Primary Doctor is not qualified nor is ever supposed to perform a pap smear. I also have been having ear ringing that has not gone away. I was diagnosed this tinnitus and I asked her what she should recommend. She said don't go to physical therapy 'LOOK ON YOU TUBE."

I was admitted to Glendale Memorial Hospital on May 30, 2026 for heavy shortness of breath,…read moreirregular heart beats, chest squeezing, bleeding esophagus, severe pain, bloody urine, bleeding stomach ulcers, severe swelling, hives and pain in my legs from another hospital doctor trying to substitute real IV Morphine with a green oral liquid and not real Morphine. I have high allergies and I can't have any other pain pills nor oral liquids because they cause me severe allergic reactions. I was born with this problem and I have pictures and proof. All hospitals that have treated me for myocardia infraction (5 heart attacks), CHF, 8 blood transfusions, AFB and GI Bleed for 7 years, have compiled a list in my medical records of all medications that I cannot have and all that I can have which is Morphine and Dilaudid by IV only. About 99% of the doctors who read my medical records immediately prescribe 3 to 4 mgs of IV Morphine every 3 to 4 hours, or IV Dilaudid 2 mg every 6 hours as safe and allergy free for me. Dr. Rostamloo prescribed 1mg of IV Morphine every 6 hours and my pain level is above 10 on the pain scale and is progressively getting worse. 1 mg of Morphine is not enough for a baby, and I have been lying here in pain for 2 days. Every pro staff who does this I find is stealing Morphine. They are babysitting the morphine instead of caring for their patients. The nurses and staff have pleaded with Dr. Rostamloo to increase the milligrams because it wasn't human nor normal for a professional doctor to prescribe when a patient is in excruciating pain. Dr. Rostamloo came to my room one time. In spite of her seeing me in pain, she said, "I'm not changing the 1mg." Then she giggled and galloped out of my room and said she will be right back, and she never came back. She couldn't look directly at me, and she sounded high and drunk off of some type of substance. It was as if she got off on abusing a patient, or that it was some type of game, and thought it was funny. I am finding this hoax game to be a big problem among hospital staff here in Los Angeles hospitals and it's increasing. It is not funny. I do not think that Dr. Rostamloo is mature enough to medically treat patients who have complex medical problems. She needs to be tested for drugs and alcohol abuse. She has deliberately caused me intentional infliction of emotional distress and I am still crying.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Before seeing Dr. Moradian, I was in severe pain and could barely function. It had reached a point where I was no longer able to work, and my daily life was extremely difficult. After trying acupuncture and even strong medications, I still did not experience the relief I desperately needed. I was especially hesitant to move forward with an epidural due to a traumatic experience I had in the past while I was pregnant and in labor at a different facility with another physician. At that time, epidurals are typically performed without imaging, especially in an urgent labor setting, which contributed to my distress. Because of that experience, I was extremely fearful and delayed making the decision for quite some time. However, Dr. Moradian completely changed that experience. He explained that this procedure would be performed under imaging guidance, which immediately gave me more confidence and reassurance. He took the time to calm my fears, remained patient and attentive, and made sure I felt safe every step of the way. His gentle approach and professionalism truly set him apart. The procedure itself went smoothly from beginning to end. To my surprise, I felt minimal discomfort just the initial injection to numb the area before the epidural, and nothing more. Dr. Moradian was incredibly careful, kind, and reassuring throughout, especially knowing how anxious I was. His calm demeanor made all the difference. What truly sets Dr. Moradian apart is not only his skill, but his genuine care for his patients. He follows up, listens, and ensures you feel supported throughout your healing journey. His staff reflects that same level of excellence they are organized, attentive, and truly compassionate. As someone with experience in medical office management, I pay close attention to how a practice operates, from patient communication to staff coordination. I can confidently say this team exceeds expectations in every aspect. The environment is professional, welcoming, clean and centered around patient care. Thanks to Dr. Moradian, I am now doing significantly better and finally able to regain my quality of life. I am beyond grateful for the care I received and would recommend him without hesitation. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Dr. Moradian and his team truly go above and beyond. I feel blessed to have found them, and I sincerely thank them for helping me through such a difficult time.
