He estimated that it would take a half-day to remove a maple tree, stump grind, and plant one tree and three shrubs. It actually took about 2 1/2 hours! His crew got right to work and removed our tree, that was in a tricky area on our side yard, near a fence, and overhanging both our roof and the public sidewalk. Every branch came down without a hitch. When they were done, the yard looked as if it had never been touched. And the plantings look beautiful. Tree & Stump had grown around a steel pole, so it was a real mess. Pedro got all of the stump that he could out and did such a great job cleaning up the area. You almost couldn't tell anything had been there! They were here and gone in only 3 hours, so very efficient. Other companies take at least 4 -5 hours. The present job involved trimming and proper pruning a weeping cherry tree, our neighbor's very overgrown Leland Cypress coming over into our yard, and heavily trimming a giant snowbell hydrangea. He gave us thoughtful ideas on what we needed, assured me he wouldnt kill my favorite hydrangea and then took the time to come to our rear yard and look over two additional projects, which he also gave us bids on. All the information was clear and useful, and the bids werent necessarily cheap (but taking down 200+foot trees isnt going to be) but they were reasonable, and I like that they are actual certified arborists, not just tree trimmers. The work was started on time, beautifully done and the two gentlemen cleaned up every bit of debris and clipping. Masterful We will absolutely be calling New Day back to finish the other two projects. No nonsense, no pressure, no selling you more than you need. Very much recommend.

The bid seemed reasonable for the amount of work to be done. On the day of the cut, crew were not only on time, they showed up 15 minutes early. They were friendly, efficient, did the work they said they would do and made sure the place was clean. A. couple of fence boards got broken when a limb fell and they promptly replaced the fence boards with new ones. I would recommend them and hire them again.

Needed a basic but heavy pruning on a mini plum tree. This thing grows about 8' total every 3…read moreyears so needed to go down quite a bit. Other contractors who were wanted to send an "arborist" out were asking anywhere from $600-1200. It's not rocket science. I've done the same tree for 20 years now but I'm getting too painful to ladder up there and monkey around with this. Anyway Dan gave me a quote under $500. Came out quick and got it done. I got what I paid for. Quick and dirty. Only reason for less than 5 is that it took me some personal time to stand out there and point out all the uneven areas they missed - which if they had just stood back and had one guy pointing and one guy trimming to finish up - I'd not have to. Maybe they were done for the day and wanted to escape? I get it - me too :-) But it was a pretty bad haircut that really shouldn't have needed my intervention. However - I wanted them to leave with me satisfied - so I interjected. Although it was done back in February- It has since filled out perfectly and looks great and smaller like it should now. Soooo... Yes! I'd have them come back. But don't let them leave til your honest with them and it's right. They were respectful and cleaned up afterwards great. Nice guys.

When we spoke with Dmitriy at Tree Experts NW, we were impressed at how confident he was that our yard could be restored. He arrived with his assistant Jason and got right to work, toppling our tree with efficiency and safety in mind. Several shrubs encroached on our house and roof, and blocked our windows. Everything came down smoothly and quickly. They came back the next day to stump grind and clean up. When all was said and done, our yard looked great and you wouldn't even know that the guys were here. I highly recommend Tree Experts NW. I was a potential customer for this company. On 10/01/19 I called them for an estimate to trim back…read moresome branches that are encroaching over the fences from my neighbors yards. On 10/02/19 finally around 4:30pm I received a call back from Anna and as I picked up to start talking she hung up so I called her right back and had to leave another message and waited for another 20 minutes before she called me back and said I must have butt dialed you and that she needed to call me back anyway. We start talking about days that would work for us and she had one day in mind but it was not good for me, so I gave her 3 other options that would work and she couldn't give any answer and said that she would have to call me back with the answer on 10/03/19. On 10/03/19 at 7am I called them again to set up a day and a time and once again no answer ... still waiting for her to call me back. This company only has 2 guy's on the job and 2 guys on call and no cherry-picker or a lift. 10/04/19 by this time I have called 4 other companies and have had quicker responses back. At this point I will not be using this company. Poor customer relations, lack of  communication, therefore their services are probably poor and worthless.
