The food seemed a little overpriced for the burgers, which were thin and fries were your average fries. But it tasted like a decent burger and fries. The inside had a fun, older look to it but in the best way possible. I was excited all week to try their food and I return the next weekend to take advantage of their widely advertised "Western Wednesday" special (A cheeseburger meal with fries and a drink). As my party and I walk in and order, a server named Alexander says they're out of that special, so?? What are they out of exactly. Nothing. They were willing to sell us the same meal this time for nearly $20 instead of the window listed price of $10. False advertising!! There was no manager or supervisor on duty to make this right. Their fries are always super good, they're deep fryers always got clean grease, and any of their breakfast omelettes and scrambles are awesome. But my favorite is always been their chicken fried steak with red mashed potatoes and sweet corn. Always excellent and if you get the dinner portion you actually get two steaks! The service is always amazing! I honestly in the many years I've been there I've only had one waitress that wasn't really nice. She wasn't mean, and she was attentive but she hardly smiled ... but the catch was, she was probably 7 months pregnant at the time! So I had to give her a pass for that haha!

This is a spin off of the Bellingham famous Filling Station with locations in Fairhaven and Sunnyland. Really well done and owner Johnny and staff should get kudos! Perfect little inside bar area for when it's windy and charming outside seating with tons of plants and areas to sit. Several beer and wine choices as well as a saké cocktail with basil. Small menu but everything was done really well which is what you want. The burgers were on point and we tried them all. The mushroom with caramelised onion was the sleeper hit. They are smash burger style with homemade buns. The tots were a big thumbs up! I mean not many tots can compare to the Horseshoe up the street, but these were great and the house sauce was pretty tasty. We will def be back to try the fish and chips as it came highly reccd by one of the other vendors but we only had so much room lol. They take cards and cash. Try this place!
