I was assisted by a new service advisor, it was very blatant that he profile me because i was Hispanic he thought I was gullible enough to pay nearly five times what i paid just a few weeks earlier. I found the entire interaction disrespectful and unacceptable. I try to Email the owner but the Email he leaves on the review is not valid, I also left comments on their website to no avail. We were back on the road and headed home when our car started shaking . We got nervous and pulled into the nearest mechanic shop Rev it up at 92 Main St, Sparta, NJ 07871 and we're helped by the kind mechanic but we are from NY and couldn't leave our car here he told us what he believed the problem was and told us it could be a couple of days he poured cooling fluid in our car since it over heated but the radiator was cracked so it couldn't hold the fluid. He was also kind enough to let us wait for the towing company and let us use the bathroom. They were so kind then you so much.

Deceptive billing practices hidden behind a "family safety" sales pitch…read more I recently brought my 2018 Infinity Q50 here for an agreed-upon $89.00 A/C check. Once they had my car in the shop they pushed an extra $115.00 manual labor charge, claiming they "could not" use a diagnostic scanner port in my car because every electrical component had to be checked individually. I questioned that and was told that the port in my car would not read "broken wires, bad ground or power supply." The upcharge was paid for and I drove home. When I got home i did some research and as I suspected their claim was completely false. A 2018 Infinity HVAC computer instantly generates diagnostic codes like open circuit or short to ground and the power supply. The standard, legal procedure in New Jersey is to plug the scanner in under the initial agreed-upon fee of $89.00 first, pull codes, and then present the findings to the customer to request authorization for further manual labor. Instead they skipped the standard legal procedure to manufacture additional labor hours, completely bypassing required procedure. After contacting the service manager by email and giving them the opportunity to refund the upcharged amount they maintained their position even though their own documentation proves my claim to be true. I am filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey division of Consumer Affairs and initiating a credit card dispute for deceptive upcharging. Watch your paperwork very careully here. They claimed their scanner was of no use onmy car and could not read the required codes to diagnose my A/C correctly. My vehicle uses an entirely computer-controlled electronic variable compressor, meaning their advanced scanners are precisely the tools designed to read these electrical faults. They used their advertised "High-Tech" Certifications to justify a "Bait and switch" price upcharge tactic. They refused my written request for a partial refund in writing. As a senior citizen, I do not like getting taken advantage of and neither should you. Be cautious and be wary of the upselling or upcharging
